If you choose DW Windows you will be allocated a dedicated Surveyor as a 1st point of contact during your installation. Installation of three windows
Apart from a slight blip on installation day which was nobody’s fault DW Windows were pretty much perfect From Tom the salesman who was really helpful and never pushy to Gareth the surveyor who saved me money and Harry and Aaron the fitters who worked so hard in awful heat and as far as I’m concerned did a perfect job to the admin staff who were polite and helpful Everyone was kind courteous and a pleasure to deal with Nothing was too much trouble and Harry and Aaron even replaced a blind Thank you

Wrong measurement for door ,unfinished windowsill. Had to wait in for two more appointments to fix failures in installing two windows and one door.

Hi Mrs Trainor, sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused during your installation. To explain the door was ordered at the correct size by us to our manufacturer however was manufactured at the wrong size, we should have picked this up on our checks. The first we knew of the error was on the day of the installation. Again I am very sorry about this. I can see that we have booked the appointment to add the cill end caps that were missed. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and be assured that we will always learn from our mistakes and put checks in place to ensure that they do not reoccur. Porch installation and bay window canopy re tile,facias and guttering
Contacted DW windows for a quote for windows for a brand new pvc porch installation including footings,a new canopy which which was to be adjoined with existing bay window canopy a new re tile with fascias and guttering
Absolutely over the moon with the finished project .
Aron the salesman was friendly and helpful and adapted to our needs when we wanted to alter our initial plans due to our budget.(will have windows next time)A few hikups with quote but was soon sorted.
The project took longer than we expected .The porch base was put down in April but the rest of the porch was completed in July. We were told this was due to numerous trades persons being available at the same time to complete our project as we wanted electrical work done as well as plastering the external (now internal wall) We loved the updates/progress we could see on customer portal and made payment stages easy to follow.
Now it is finished it was well worth the wait .We love the size of the porch and the difference it has made to our home so many good compliments from neighbours.All the work carried out was proffessional and the fitters and electrician/plasterer were very friendly and professional and very tidy.Just got on with it and enjoyed a cuppa or 2😉
We absolutely love our new porch my house looks amazing now and have now recommended to another family member.

Outstanding service and aftercare – highly recommended
I have dealt with DW Windows on a number of installations over the years and, for me, the real measure of a company is not simply how they perform when they are carrying out the original work, but how they respond if you need them years later.
We recently had a particularly difficult issue at a residential development involving water ingress around some French doors. Despite the original installation having been completed several years ago, DW Windows were incredibly responsive. Paul and the team attended site, took the time to properly investigate what was happening and, importantly, helped identify the root cause rather than simply carrying out a superficial repair.
They then worked directly with the residents to arrange access and deal with the remedial works, keeping the whole process straightforward and professional.
In construction, aftercare of this standard is genuinely valuable. It is very easy for companies to be attentive while a job is live; it says far more about a business when they are still prepared to pick up the phone, attend site and help resolve an issue years afterwards.
Excellent service, knowledgeable people and a company that clearly cares about its reputation and its customers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending DW Windows.

I recently had new patio doors fitted
I recently had new patio doors fitted, and some windows replaced by D. W. Windows. I can honestly say that the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I received excellent advice, and all options were fully explained to me. I was kept fully informed at all times.
