I can't express enough how much I love the shoes I purchased! They've quickly become my go-to pair, and on the rare occasions I’m not wearing them, I find myself wishing I was. The quality of the leather is fantastic—so soft and comfortable, but still durable enough for everyday wear. The soles are thick and sturdy, giving the shoes a solid feel. While they’re not the most grippy on the bottom, it hasn’t been a huge issue for me, but I would recommend avoiding slippery surfaces just in case. I’ve already recommended these shoes to several people, and I would absolutely encourage anyone to give them a try. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes a month ago. Never recieved shoes. Receieved and email saying they were about to be delivered and had to use tracking to find out the company said they had a "delivery problem." Dwarves Shoes has not replied to 4 emails or contact on WhatsApp like they say they would I sent the emails over a week ago. The website also says you can contact their partner company Pinkoi to sort out issues. Pinkoi asks for a 16 digit order number that was never issued. Do Not trust this company it is not legit.

I purchased Soft Leather Summer Slippers Golden Yellow. They arrived quickly and are well made. It was a little tricky figuring out the sizing. You need to measure your foot and ask customer service for best sizing if you are unsure. Customer service was very responsive.

I bought a pair of winter boots and a pair of summer boots. They are beautifully made, fit really well and are so comfortable.They have an amazing range and the pricing is very good.

Dwarves shoes has been a great experience for me. I ordered a pair of shoes and everything about them was perfect but unfortunately they were in the wrong size. Customer service was so easy to work with and really helpful. I highly recommend!

I was worried after reading some of the reviews that they wouldn't fit and I wouldn't be able to send them back due to cost, but they fit true to size. Also very nice quality, soft leather, very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase

I ordered a pair of boots and the smell was awful. I literally had to throw them away. 94.99 down the drain. To ship back was ridiculous. Never again! And the color looked NOTHING like the picture. They looked like some kind of PU leather. Very disappointed.

Response to reply. I gave these shoes months to ventilate and for the smell to go away. It never did. Oh well, I threw them away that's how bad they smell (even in the trash) you could still smell them!

I am extremely impressed with this companies customer service and how easy it was to exchange a pair of boots I bought that were slightly too big. The boots are very well made, of excellent quality and unique hand craftsmanship. I highly recommend purchasing their high quality footware.

I have bought one pair of heels so far. I'm very impressed with the quality. And they are so comfortable! They took a long time to arrive, but I live in New Zealand and I opted for standard post.
They are beautiful shoes, I'll definitely be ordering again.

I have wide feet and it is very hard to find something cute and made good that it's not to expensive. I love the styles and the material that is made with. I love them so much that I am buying a another pair,diferent color.

beware anyone with narrow high arched feet. I have bought 4 pairs of shoes from this company. Each time stupidly hoping the attractive shoes would have a good fit, it seems these shoes are designed for wide feet flat feet. the designs are nice but sandal I couldn't wear cause they flob around and so not comfortable and allows feet to get very dirty, The shoes were also wide and can't wear very often because they feel too big even when I bought half size smaller. haven't tried boots but doubt I will take the chance

I love my pair of knee high leather boots from Dwarves! I have worn them many times and they are super comfortable and just as described. Good quality leather and smooth shipping and service. Have already ordered another two pairs!

I just had to leave a review of these beautiful boots. They are such nice quality and just as pictured. I always worry that the color won’t be right because sometimes it’s not but these are just as the picture showed. Also they are so comfortable with soft fur inside. I usually wear 9 in boot’s sometimes 81/2 so I ordered a 9 and it is perfect. Also I always get wide calf so I was a little worried about that but I did the measurements just like I saw in the picture they had and it was spot on. These boots are worth every penny. When I reached out in an email to ask a question they responded right away. I will order more boots from Dwarves.

I've been ordering from this company for three years and have had no problems. I order half a size up from my normal shoe size, based on the measurements given for the item, and my shoes fit well. The company caught my eye because of the vintage style of their shoes, and I've been happy with them so far - the shoes are super cute, well made, and very comfortable. Thank you, Dwarves.

I have been waiting for my boots for a MONTH! Like other's here I should have looked at the reviews first! Just got an email saying "they hope I like my shoes when I don't have them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I never received my order and no replies despite emailing several times. The phone number is invalid as well.

OMG WHY DIDN'T I CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST?! Just awful….😢 I got these boots..paid almost $350 and they don’t even zip up all the way up!!!

I was suspicious at first because they sent me 2 different tracking numbers for 4px tracking. However, I did receive the boots and they are of good quality. I'm giving 4 starts because I didn't need customer service.
