1 star might be too much. I received a pair of shoes that I ordered and they were a little big. I needed a size smaller, I tried to contact them and never got a reply. So now I"m stuck with a pair of shoes that I paid for and can't wear. What a terrible customer service.

I purchased a pair of fishermen sandals from Dwarves 2 years ago and they were all I wore for 3 weeks in Japan. Super comfortable and stylish. I wear them a lot at home too and they are one of my favorite shoes and still holding up so well. Recently I thought of buying some more shoes from them and the 2 other pairs I have received have been an instant love. Such good quality and they are pretty unique. Dwarves has become my go-to place to order shoes and I couldn't be happier! Check out their Clearance section, there are some great deals there!

Extremely Disappointed: Defective $150 Shoes & Awful ServiceI paid $150 for shoes that arrived completely defective. The front shapes are visibly mismatched, and the openings are so narrow you can barely fit half your foot inside.When I immediately requested an exchange, the store tried to charge me a $28 fee. When I asked for a return instead, they still demanded the same $28 or more just to ship their own mistake back.Do not invest your money in this company. Take your business to a better brand that actually owns up to its mistakes instead of charging you for them. They owe me a full refund for an unwearable, brand-new product. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I love my shoes. I also had an inquiry and they responded very quickly. Being that the order went from china to California, I thought the shipment came quickly. Very happy with my purchase.

I have ordered four pair of shoes from Dwarves. All size 7. Only boots seems working good for me. I had to return two other pairs due to they were too small. And the company does not make the return process easy. I had to pay shipping plus another $28, so it is a headache. The last pair I still have and wear now and again in hopes they will give in since it is a genuine leather. Besides you have to be ready to wait for delivery for more than a month. Sometimes Dwarves don't have shoes they list and they have to make them from scratch. So, I will think twice before I order another pair

Good quality boot, very soft like many report, but I’d size a half up though. I wear a size 7 and it was too tight at tip of the toes . Still a great quality boot, I’ll just size up next time.

I like the product very much. Great qulity and fashion design. and always arrived on time.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 19th April. I did not hear anything for nearly 3 weeks until I emailed them for an update. They then said the shoes will be shipped the following week. They were not shipped. I then asked for a further update and a refund. They said the shoes again will be shipped out the following week. They were eventually shipped out on 19th May over 4 weeks since placing the order. Then they said it will be another 10 - 15 days to receive the order. It is 26th May and still no shoes. Avoid this company.

I love the shoes! Very comfortable and unique. It took a long time to get but once I contacted customer support it seemed to speed up. I love the look of handmade shoes!
