They won't honour a prepaid order, or answer any queries about it. Now the site is gone. Thieves.

The pop vinyls looked exactly like the pictures ,the prices are so good and they have a great range of items and the delivery was super fast , I am super happy and impressed and will definitely buy more

The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was quick and easy. The DVD was delivered quickly and in top order.

ARE YOU GUYS A SCAM !!!!

I placed order on 27 March 2025.
The item was not advertised as a pre-order, and I was told several times that it would be released “soon.” Eight months passed with no updates and no product.

Only when I requested a refund in writing, citing:
• the lack of delivery,
• Fair Trading (consumer law), and
• the number of similar reviews from other customers,

did I receive an immediate refund confirmation.

If you’re still waiting on your order:
Email them directly, state that you are requesting a refund under Australian Consumer Law due to non-delivery, and copy your order number.
Mention that you will escalate to your state’s Fair Trading office if necessary.

That was the only step that finally produced a response.

Such a beautiful range of products my kids are going to be so happy. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful customer service service. Always great when purchasing a line to feel like you’re in good hands and looked after. Thank you so much guys. The DVDs are gonna save that road trip

Hard to find DVD (The Brokenwood Mysteries, series 11. Not yet on Aussie TVs) ordered, DVD delivered promptly, DVD watched with subtitles because I'm a bit deaf.
Excellent company to deal with & not the first time I've used them

If I could give no stars for this company I would have. I wished I had read these reviews before I went anywhere near them. I bought 3 box sets which I didn’t notice were pre order. I was stupid enough to wait over a year for them, if I had known the outcome I would have got my credit card involved sooner but 6 months is their limit. What a bunch of scammers, refuse to answer any of my emails, have not sent my DVDs even though they are in stock now, they have also blocked me from their website. I will contact the UK International Contact Centre, hopefully they will be able to do something about this scam !

Placed an order 4 months ago for an item off their website, was not a pre order item
After 4 months of waiting with follow up emails I have asked them to cancel the order, a refund was processed but no email apologising or advising why there was a 4 month delay to get the online order.

Same as everyone else here: I ordered and paid for a dvd which I have never received. 'Aaron'stopped responding to emails 6 months ago. Don't go near the website. I wish I had checked on Trustpilot before losing $50.00

Their range is large, ordering is easy and secure and delivery is fast. Notifications of the shipping progress is assuring and timely.

I've been waiting since Jan 2024, almost 2 years (aprox 22 month's) for my items. DVDLAND assured me several times that my items were on order (pre-orders) and kept pushing the date out. As soon as I sent a stern email asking for evidence they had actually ordered my items from their supplier, a realistic date as to when I would receive my items and asking them to respond within 5 business days, they cancelled my order. They didn't tell me they cancelled it, nor did I ask them to cancel it. I specifically told them not to cancel it and to please answer my questions and deliver my order. When I mentioned in my follow up email that I would be contacting the ACCC and Australian Consumer Protection they accused me of threatening them. Clearly they have no idea how to operate a legitimate business in Australia and that consumers are encouraged to report such matters to authorities. DVDLAND, I believe are in serious breach of their Consumer Guarantee's, they have demonstrated misconduct and falsely represented themselves to consumers. If you have had a similar experience please take the time to report them to the ACCC or Australian Consumer Protection or both. If you don’t report your problem the authorities have no evidence to use their powers to fine, prosecute or do anything to stop these dodgy retailers.

Easy to pick and order. Delivery was on time also.

I pre ordered DVDS in April 2021 and never received them at all and I kept asking when I’m getting them and never got a response from them. It’s poor service if you ask me

DVD Box Set ( Last Tango in Halifax) was well packaged, as described and arrived swiftly. Love this series.

Scam company. Do not buy from them

Got my Peaky Blinders Pop! from DVDLand at a great price, and delivery was super quick. The packaging was solid too — will definitely shop here again.
