What a nightmare

What a nightmare! I paid them $514 for a head unit, not realizing it was a completely Chinese run company. The product was worse in every way than the unit it was replacing. The trackpad didn't work, the backup camera took 20sec to initialize after starting the car, and the calls had an awful echo for the caller that simply couldn't be tuned out. The OS felt glitchy, like an early model off-brand tablet, which is actually exactly what you're getting. I spent $514 plus $85 to ship it back. I consider myself lucky to have gotten $460 of that back. RUN AWAY!

**DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!**

DO NOT buy from this company. Their product is broken (Android Unit for Lexus ES350), they do not give you installation instructions, and when you reach out to their "support team" they do not help on anything. I asked for a return, even offered to pay shipping back, and they just ghosted me... My Android unit cost me $650, I just lost that money!
They claim to have a seamless unit, plug and play. FALSE! It took me 3 hours to figure it out and had to do it at midnight because of their customer service hours in China. Still never got it to work properly. Now I'm stock with a broken unit and a $650 hole in my pocket.

Bad business practices

They provide parts that may work or may require modification of your vehicle to install. They will not offer returns if the unit cannot be installed without cutting the dashboard.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. 800$ later, I have to try figuring out how to mod and tweak settings in the head unit because the interface makes no sense and/or the system doesn't recognize and connect to some of my car's basic features like the built in car mic's, gps or some other basic stuff.

Types of ball and forward via what's app, issues never resolved.

Also, who tf thought it would be a good idea to make the dial pad a circle?!

It's been nearly 6 months I'm dealing with this.

I've had a great experience with this…

I've had a great experience with this company despite being in the USA and sending a product our of China. I now have an android screen with navigation in my 2006 Honda Accord where the Navigation system was seriously out of date and sometime not operational. The final straw was when the CD stacker failed. What to do when I can't listen to my CD's.
Sarah is extremely helpful. I've now read some bad reviews, but my experience is nothing like suggested by these.

Do not be tricked by the 4.95 out of 5 stars on their web site as there is no provision to provide a review, so I presume all reviews are done by them. The experience I had is horrific, from not sending unit until I transferred more money to them ,even after sending the stated amount on invoice, finally after sending nearly $700.00 AUS they sent the unit which when fitted lasted for one week and then would not work. after 3 months of messages and so called instructions from them via whatsapp still no joy. I sent unit back to them in china at a further cost of $65.00. Australia Post contacted me to say parcel was not accepted by DVDGPSnav.com and I will receive parcel (not repaired) back in October which will mark one year of dealing with this awful company

DVDGPSNAV Android Header Unit Disaster! Beware.

I gave one star as I can't give zero or negative
I bought an Android Header Unit from DVDGPSNAV
What a DISASTER
I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone buying from them
I received the unit, took it to a professional installer to install, there was no documentation re DIP Switch Settings. They were not available online, so I would have to go back to installer.
They sent the settings, I went back,, but it was faulty – the 360 degree box was faulty.
They wanted another US$60 to send a replacement 360 camera box in advance of receiving the faulty one back – I paid
I got the new board, went to installer for 3rd time – again, it did not work.
We confirmed the main part worked, but my car has the 360 degree camera – that part (the extra box) did not work
We then spent 1.5 hrs on video call being treated like novices – check the yellow cable plugged in! I was with a professional installer!
I had to pay the installer 3 times for installation. I had to pay US$60 for replacement board.
It appears the fault is in the header unit – video input.
I’ve had enough.
Then Sarah had the cheek to say we didn’t co-operate with technician!
The really sad part is it should have just plugged in and worked. The rest of it works apart from the 360 camera – but without that it is useless in my car.
So my advice is buy a different product
My car is original Lexus, have not had any modifications done to it, the original system put back works fine

Low quality products with poor customer support

Let me share my experience with Lexus IS Android unit.
It worked after installation, but the loading time was about 15 seconds. But ok.
Approx, after 3 weeks it got stucked on loading screen. Customer support provided an instruction and software for update. So I tried to update during more then 1 moths haveng endless communication with support....
They sent me wrong soft, didn't answer questions etc.
And now playing dead after I requested return.
So, do not recommend, stay away

Customer Service Nightmare

If you are unlucky like me to have a faulty product. Then you are in for a crazy adventure.

1. You will be the one doing follow up as they don’t provide a clear solution, they will leave you waiting forever even if you are asking for next steps as your car is disassembled waiting for them, and they act as they are just waiting for you to get tired and quit asking.

2. More than a month waiting for a solution after countless chat communications, videos and pictures sent.

Do not sell or throw away your original equipment as you will needed in the future...

They sell stuff that are not tested to be functional, provide no support and little useless instruction. Worst part, they play dead when you try to issue a return. Now, I’m stuck with a piece of crap that is miles from what they advertised. BE AWARE GO ELSEWHERE

This is NOT the case.
it's cheap quality.
I paid extra for the Apple Car play. And it doesn't have the option.
it's comes with an app that simply mirrors your phone via cable only..
There are cheaper and better options on Amazon...

Do not trust..

Ordered good, received wrong, had to reorder and pay fro correct parts. new parts arrived issues fitting system no real help from company no instruction book for fitting, after days of fitting system in my car, still not working, was told I would get a refund after I sent back the goods, which I did to the details they provided. now they refuse to take goods back and not answering. customer services are rubbish do not reply to emails, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>>

1 I had to buy the correct parts, because you would not send them out even through the mistake was yours.

2, I used the names and address emailed to me from your sales person Sarah.

3 your technician only helped when it suited him. And only after number of emails to you saying The unit was being returned.

5 no correct fitting instructions for the unit and the car it was going in, when asked you sent me some you tube link.

If you want me to upload my emails to and from you more than happy to do that, then we will see who not telling the truth.!!!!!!!

1. for the wrong part, you can send back for a replacement, but you said you preferred to order a new part, right?
2. we sent you the new part by free express shipping, you still said it's wrong?! our technician helped you a lot on whatsapp, and told you he would help you step by step to install it, you just did installation by yourself, and you refused to try our technician's step by step instructions, then you just sent back the unit, without any notice to us before you sent it back, right? Unfortunately, you wrote the receiver's name wrong, so how can we receive the package?! can you just have a little conscientiousness?
