The picture I sent through was absolutely nothing what i received..I asked for a refund straight away because I was so unhappy with the picture but I have heard nothing back..I feel they just took my money and sent through rubbish.
Anybody with pet past or present and want memory should have a look. I have had four done and over the moon with them,got another to have done when I fine a photo
These guys are more than happy to help in any way. Customer service is fully on point and I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely crap every time I told them what I wanted they would ask me what do you want
The picture I sent them had a incert of my sister that had only passed away two weeks ago but instead of doing the picture as it was they put my sisters picture on a full body but not hers. I would never use them again or tell others to use them.

Would recommend this company. My beautiful boy passed 3 weeks ago so had this drawing done of him. It is beautiful will be buying another 1 for my parents who lost their dog last year. You won’t regret it so def buy ****
