Hi Vika. Thank you for taking time to comment. Firstly I’d like to point out that you have never been a client and we haven’t worked together, so I’m unsure as to where this statement has come from.
Secondly, you have highlighted that the date of the issue is 9th June 2024, which coincidently is a Sunday. I do not work weekends so I am curious as to know how the interaction has come about today?
Thirdly I see that you have only posted one Review on this platform, so one can only assume you have created this account to span review my business, as we do not use trust pilot for our reviewing process, as there are too many spam reviewer’s leaving reviews to for one reason or another (as this proves).
Finally, if by some chance you were/are a customer you would have been able to contact me on my personal phone number over the weekend if there was an issue, as only existing customers have that number, as I am not in the office.
