Don’t buy, the customer service after is awful

We bought a board and a big bubble appeared the top rubber surface less than a month after having it and using it twice. We contacted them, they offered us 15€ back which WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED despite having emailed them 3 or 4 times to ask when they will refund us that amount (which is too little to start with). I WOULD NOT buy this board as the after care is POOR to say the least. Not worth it and we regret. We know that we will already have more issues with this board having seen what happened. I have filed a claim with our citizens advice bureau already about this as they have an obligation to act and not dissapear.

Since the order

Since the order, until the arrivel to my door, and all the subjects solved by email, everything went well. With the product (SUP) I'm really pleased with the all package and acessories, and enjoing summer. Already recommended the product to most of my friends. Thank you.
