Not user friendly especially when…

Not user friendly especially when putting in the postcode. I was 20 minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn’t accept my postcode. Then i realized there had to be a space after the 3rd character. I’ve never had to fill out a postcode like that. Very confusing and not user friendly way of ordering online.
