I could not enter a password..
I could not enter a password... I followed all the guidelines. I even tried a computer generated password. I was using Firefox on a Mac. I tried switching to Safari. Still didn't work. I was hoping to get a tracking number.
While I was writing this report, I got a call from my bank's fraud detector confirming this order. This order shouldn't be this difficult.

Terrible experience. Tried to order a single battery for my…
Tried to order a single battery for my Nikon camera. Website was experiencing issues so I tried again the next day and my order was accepted. When I checked my PayPal account, it showed that they charged me for 3 batteries. I emailed customer service and they put my order on hold pending further inquiry. A week passes and no action. I repeatedly emailed them and still no response. Finally, I tried using a new email and another customer service rep answered saying they were "having e-mail problems". I clearly stated what I needed. 1 . They need to ship me 1(one) battery. 2. Refund the cost of two batteries they overcharged me for. Very simple right? A week later, they refund me for two batteries then a few days later, they cancelled my order. Geniuses. I asked for my case to be brought to the attention of a supervisor/manager- I was ignored. You have been warned.
