Every thing was super simple with the exception of the checking out with credit card/paypal. I had my batteries delivered to my sister in calif, since you don't deliver to Hawaii and I am headed there.
The issue is that I can't enter my home state as my billing address.

Great find; great value

Grateful to purchase this impossible-to-find battery for my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 dSLR from anyone, much less from a trusted brand name; and the price was very good, too!

Generally good experience

It was good. The battery finder was pretty solid, thought the replacement capacity of your cell was about 15% lower than OEM, which seems odd. In any event, these cells work really well.
