As a first time customer of Duracell Direct online I can say that the purchase I ended up making was easy & hassle free. This would've been a 5 star review had I been able purchase everything I wanted from the site, however many of the links lead to "page not available" or "dead link" type screens, so I had to send an enquiry email about any further purchasing of the other products

I made an email enquiry about a battery for a 10 year old laptop. I received a prompt phone call from a very helpful person who explained that the battery was only about 6 months old and how they manage and charge their stock to keep them fresh.

I really don't like using credit cards…
I really don't like using credit cards online... I don't trust it and you are only the 2nd Co that I have done so with as I need the battery... Don't like having to go through paypal to pay a bill with a VISA card...
I see no reason to do so... The other account I pay online is straight through VISA so I don't see the need for a company of your size to need to go through someone else putting my infomation at a greater risk to make a card payment... Other than that the site was a great help to me... I have been after this battery for a while now and the Laptop maker no longer supply it... Thanks!
