Fantastic service. One can only get a true sense of after sales support if unfortunately there are issues with the product. I wasn't happy with the quality of what I bought and Duplex went above and beyond in, first, offering advice to try and fix the issues, second, putting me in touch with the manufacturer, and third, arranging for return when all of the above failed. Absolutely brilliant. And let's not forget the main reason I bought from them to begin with - very competitive prices.

I called Jason and asked him for help, he was happy to do so without any commercial interest in it.

The headset is a high quality product but the maximum volume available is far too low for me, even with my hearing aids in.

I have a wired headset, Sony MDR-XB4450, which is far superior. Such a shame that Bluetooth has let me down again.

Goods were as expected and came at a decent price, everything ok.
2 stars off though because of the unnecessary courier delivery at £6.50 when a large letter with a 2nd class stamp would have done the job for £2.40 (it wasn't urgent at all!). Wasn't an option though.

Hi, I purchased a Lenovo docking station via Amazon. It has failed. Amazon raised a query with Duplex and have not had any reply for the last 3 weeks. I queried it with Lenovo (as the item has a 3 year warranty) and they referred me back to Duplex. Now Amazon have requested Duplex to authorise a returns label - not holding out much hope they will. So now asking my credit card company to recover the funds. Absolutely rubbish experience !
