I am reading further messages of the poor service given by these numpties. Just an update on what happened with my daughters £300 quad bike last year.
I got fed up with the cowboys at Duplay and emailed the actual manufacturers, Peg Perego and they were fantastic and got the bike picked up repaired and running. I just wanted to let you all know, it may be worth going back to the actual makers of your toys. Fingers crossed.
Thank goodness they have gone into administration, so no one else has to deal with them.

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing a quad bike for my daughter. They have repeatedly ignored my emails requesting a fault is rectified but three months down the line to no avail. My daughter had not been able to use her gift since Christmas and at nearly £300 it was an expensive ride not mention disappointment. I understand parts will fail from time to time and that in itself although annoying wouldn’t cause me to write a bad review. It’s the lack of replies and customer service that has astounded me. I’d never used this company before and had planned to spend a fair whack of money with them in the summer months. No way, stay away folks, you have been warned!! Wish I’d reviewed them before buying from them.

I emailed for 6 months and eventually received a rude email saying we’ve sent one and questioning why I was still emailing. Very very rude and refused to get a manager to call or reply. My son has been on his Christmas present about 3 times 2017!!!
Duplay are disgraceful
We ordered a quad bike from duplay for our son for Christmas when we opened it to put it together the charger, instructions , all the screws and wheel parts were missing I’ve emailed them at least 5 times and no one has got back to me disgusting service and we still have a quad bike that doesn’t work
Under administration
I’ve received the information that the company is under administration. Could anybody let me know if there is a way to get our money back (we are not from UK) - thank you.
Contact your bank and ask for a charge back
We had a real problem with this company, not answering email after email. In the end we contacted our bank and they did a “charge back” against the company and we were lucky to get our money back. Try this, you might be able to get your money back.

Non-existent customer service
This company simply does not care; they have responded to only the first of my emails sent in the last 6 weeks regarding a faulty product, and even then did not resolve anything. Bought via Amazon but I wish I had seen their Trustpilot scores before ordering. AVOID.

Still waiting for an order, havenused these in the past and they’ve been great, 4 weeks with no reply what so ever no chat on the website to speak to anyone no contact number absolute f**king disgrace. They’ve clearly gone bust or something!!!!

Do not use this company! Bought a garden tree house for our daughter for Christmas and it arrived with its roof smashed to pieces. Have emailed countless times since `Christmas and still no response! Would never even visit this site again😡

Do not reply to messages about returning an item that has been tested as dangerous. HSE involved still don’t care. I thought this was a repitable company but how wrong I could be! Now £1755 out of pocket!

Dreadful service. Kids Christmas toy arrived in just a brown box so obviously cracked in transit as not well packaged. We have phoned, emailed, sent messages and absolutely no response. We paid over £400 for a toy we will never be able to use. Utterly disgusting. Do not use this company! !!!!! They are crooks
Just an Awful Company to deal with
It looks as it is par for the course. Purchased a childrens Quad Bike for Granddaughters Christmas present. It run for about one hour and just stopped. Contacted DUPLAY three times since via email to report the issue and have not received a response of any discription. My 6 year old granddaughter is so disappointed, do not buy from these people, they are truly awful, please read the reviews, I which I had.
Poor customer service
I emailed them in December regarding a damaged and faulty bike. Their offices were closed until 4th January and after a request from them for pictures, which I sent (on the 9th Jan) I am still waiting for a response. Shocking customer service. Their phone lines don't even work, just a message to email.

Without a doubt the worst customer service ever, and I really wish I had read reviews first!
It appears that "Liam" is the only person who works in customer service and only responds occassionally. When I threatened speaking to my bank to issue a charge back for faulty goods he quickly responded and asked what the problem was! I was furious! He'd obviously just ignored all my previous messages.
I ordered a John Deer ride a long tractor with trailer, and part of the trailer is missing so the trailer can not be used! My poor son on Christmas day was very upset!
Liam has said I should email the manufactuer! He has completely washed his hands and dismissed my complaint.
I will ensure that I leave bad reviews on all site so that DUPLAY do not take advantage of customers who are buying expensive gifts for their loved ones.

I contacted Duplay and within an hour Liam had got back to me to say a replacement would be sent and would arrive on Wednesday, which it did. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Extremely poor customer service.
As a foreign tourist I was promised a VAT invoice that I could submit at the airport to get a tax refund on my purchase but none was provided even after multiple email and phone requests.
No way to get thru to them over the phone most days of the week and email replies, if at all, are curt and useless! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, other online sellers might be a better choice. I surely have learnt my lesson!

If I could give no stars I would, do not buy from this company they have the worst customer services I have ever come across. We ordered a quad for my son last Christmas it broke pretty much straight away, it then took me nearly 6 months of fighting them to get it fixed, which they tried to get me to do myself to begin with. They eventually concluded it could not be fixed so sent me a new one but then the replacement broke quickly as well but apparently I was out of warranty when it was a brand new one but it had taken me the 6 months just to get a new one in the first place. They then refused to help without me having to pay to send the quad back to them which would have cost nearly as much as I paid in the first place. I have still not had this rectified nearly a year later and I have a very upset little boy wondering why Santa would not fix his toy. The way this company treat you is shocking and do not have any interest once they have your money. In the end all I wanted was a refund so I could at least buy my son something in replacement but they just refuse point blankly. Avoid at all costs what you buy will break and then they will refuse to help.
