Work performed incorrectly, no refund offered. By the other reviews maybe they do okay with coding questions? The work provided to me was objectively wrong (verified through the graded work handed back). When asked how they performed the work there was no true academic sources to their work other than citing a ResearchGate link where there were TWO different variations of the formula, but no reasoning as to why they chose the values they did. Very apparent that they use ChatGPT or other AI services for their questions. The customer service is quick and they WILL promise to give you correct answers but back track on their promise when you call them out. It was ~120USD for a botched, terribly written paper. I would not recommend them unless you are truly desperate (or maybe for coding?).

Helped me with coding tasks 2 or 3 times. Python is difficult but these tutors can cope with everything!

Tutors were ready to help with assignments and got down to work asap as my deadlines were approaching. The support team also did great, we fixed everything at short notice so no worries that something can go wrong
