Absolutely rubbish not fit for purpose broke within 6months and contacted both Sports direct and Dunlop to say that product had fallen apart and both companies said they couldn't/wouldn't help. DON'T... See more

Dunlop Wellington with numerous holes
They supplied me with wellingtons with several obvious holes and will not reimburse me without having them returned.despite having very clear obvious pictures.
Shame on UK brand Dunlop!
Utter rubbish
Purchased at sports direct...
Literally walked in them for two weeks, not even worked in them yet, 'leather' coming off the toes already, splitting on each side of the toe cap area.
Shame on UK brand Dunlop!
Avoid at all costs
Quality
Under no circumstances should you buy work boots from Dunlop I have purchased 2 pair in last 2 weeks and have had to return both as sole coming off, purchased in Sports Direct
Brought a pair of steel toe cap Dunlop…
Brought a pair of steel toe cap Dunlop trainers for my new job, well what can say apart from absolutely terrible. 35 quid on the worst steel toe caps I've ever worn. There's absolutely no cushioning although advertised as memory foam insole. I would have more cushioning working barefoot. They are uncomfortable, poor quality and the hardest thing I've ever walked on. Replaced them with regatta steel toe cap walking boots for less money 30 quid. They are 100% better all round. Don't buy these rubbish work trainers.
I bought a pair of Dunlop boots from…
I bought a pair of Dunlop boots from sports direct on the 6th June and withing weeks the "Leather' started to peel.I bought them because sports direct didn't have Firetrap boots available then and I needed a pair of boots urgently.I tried to return them today and put the money towards a better quality pair of boots from sports direct.I was refused this because apparently I had been riding a bike with them hence the leather peeling?!?!?.I wish I had read reviews before buying them because I see that this issue has come up many times before. They are a cheap option but they are not fit for purpose.Reading other reviews their is no such thing as customer service with sports direct. But I will pursue beyond them and don't really care how much money or time I spend doing it.Total Mickey take.
I have been wearing and buying the same…
I have been wearing and buying the same Dunlop boot for years and I'm always happy, the new memory foam insole is absolute rubbish, not connected to the bottom of the boot and literally just wanders around inside the boot as soon as you start walking and because it's so soft it ends up stuffed up one end of the boot, the boot itself is great but the insole is driving me mad I think I'm going to have to end up gluing it down but surely this is something they must have tested and thought about at the factory!!
Feet soaked
I bought the Dunlop Hudson boots for work and what a disaster it was was. The boots are as breathable as gas chamber. If you wear the boots for longer than 2 hours your feet will be as wet as a fishes tail
Cheap and cheerful
Cheap and cheerful. Don't expect long lasting workboots when they're only 27 quid. They do the job for a couple of months
Dunlop Half Height Wellington Boots
Have bought in total three different pairs of Dunlop half height wellington boots from different retailers as liked the fit and style but sadly none of them are fit for purpose as part of area on the sole where the brand name 'Dunlop' is located on the bottom of the boots wears away within a very short time leaving a hole which obviously then means the boots are useless. They let in water and dirt and are pointless unless they are not actually worn which defeats the object. I have emailed the company and this email has been totally ignored. Clearly they do not care about the poor standard of their products so I would never purchase any Dunlop product again and will recommend others to avoid them too in order to save themselves time and money!
Ordered an extra pair by mistake
Ordered an extra pair by mistake. Emailed immediately to ask them to remove the extra item. Received an automated response saying I would be dealt with but Covid restrictions…? What Covid restrictions? That was last year…? Dispatched the items and then after receipt of the items and four days later I get a response. Sorry they’ve already been dispatched and we can no longer alter the order. No offer of help beyond that. It seems that there is no customer service.
An Extremely Disappointing Xmas Present
Just like Philip Gahan, l purchased (Sports Direct) for Christmas 2021 a pair of Dunlop Dakota SB00 Work Boots. They also started to exfoliate within weeks of use.
Images were sent to Sports Direct of the peeling surface but they wanted them to be sent (at my cost) for a wear and tear inspection, really, after a month’s use!
I would suggest a recall/cessation of this product and not to conduct any future transactions with this company.
Dunlop Work Boots best avoided
I purchased (sports Direct) just 6 weeks ago a pair of Dunlop Dakota SB00 Work Boots. The leather is peeling off its outer coating (delaminating) and the boots will be unusable very soon. Not the sort of quality I was expecting from Dunlop, very disappointing. Pictures and are recipt available if you wish to see them.

Think twice before dealing with them
Impossible to contact about a returned item which did not fit. Not a business which you can trust. No phone number, no reply to emails.... may well have lost my money
Brought some heavy duty steel toe cap…
Brought some heavy duty steel toe cap Dunlop wellies. Rubbish. Spit within 1 year. Can't find my recipt to return them to Screwfix as I payed cash. Yes I did try . Screwfix told me to contact Dunlop. I did They were unless. Didn't want to know . Customer service no help at all . I was willing to return them to Dunlop for investigation. But had a reply can't help me. I be telling my building colleagues not to buy Dunlop work boots or wellies.
Well unfortunately this has to be 1…
Well unfortunately this has to be 1 star. Started off great. Dunlop Blizzard boots but after 4 months the lining inside has ripped and torn making the boots unwearable. Spoke to Dunlop, confirmed manufacturer fault. Referred me to retailer? . Retailer referred me to Dunlop... Dunlop go completely silent. Dunlop... Is this really the faith you have in your products? Do you REALLY think lasting 4 months is acceptable? I definitely don't. You need to stand by what you produce and when a customer has an issue and you confirm it's a fault REPLACE THEM!! It is very simple. I bought a total of 7 pairs lf these for family and friends. I left 5 star reviews but now i will edit all those to refect this very poor experience. Simply not good enough 👎
purchased some from Dunlopboots and…
purchased some from Dunlopboots and they're alright. been wearing them everyday for the last 6 months.
i recommend you purchase the insoles, they aint cheap, but they really make the difference.
Radio silence: no response to chase emails. Overdue delivery.
No communication; they take payment and state 4-5 working days delivery. I've had an order acknowledgement and payment has been taken from my bank, but they're not responding to chasing emails and it's been over 5 working days now and I've still not had the despatch/tracking notification, let alone any delivery. I would recommend you shop elsewhere, as they seem like an amateur set up in terms of customer service.
UPDATE: The order got cancelled by the supplier, due to Brexit issues, however, it took a long time to respond to me.
Excellent products & Service
Excellent products, fantastic customer services.
I order some boots from Dunlop, they arrived in 3 days of the order. One pair was the wrong size, the customer services department were very helpful, I returned them using free postage and ordered the new size
