My experience was fantastic due to Tina

My experience was fantastic due to the help and support provided by Tina from customer services. She was professional, friendly and showed compassion for my situation regarding a faulty item.

Would highly recommend Dune not just for it's products, but also their customer services whom Tina is apart of making it excellent!

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with Evri being Evri and not delivering on time. Parcel delayed for days but Emma sorted it out and quickly arranged a replacement through DPD which arrived next day.
Shoes and bag are gorgeous

KATIE managed to resolve a issue I had with lace tags for recently purchased Thame shoes. She managed to quickly source some tags through contacting quality control. I'm thrilled KATIE got things sorted quickly and am delighted!!

Appalling customer service

I made a purchase a , a week later i didn't receive the product surprisingly , I received and email from dune London asking about the product how it was , i have then added my review that i didn't receive the product they reply back stating that my comments dod not meet there guideline instead if apologising of not delivering the product yet!

Customer service was excellent.
Emma responded to my emails immediately, she kept me informed and while I didn’t receive the boots that I’d wanted, I ended up receiving the boots I really really wanted instead!

Amazing customer service

Had a great experience with customer service after some issues with my order delivery. Katie was extremely quick to respond and helped resolve all the problems I encountered. Within ten minutes, everything was sorted, and she even offered multiple solutions, making the whole process much easier. Really appreciated the efficient and friendly support!

Thank you Emma - Great Customer Service

Last week I ordered a pair of Tayla suede boots online. When they arrived, one boot was damaged on the toe and clearly visible. I raised the issue with Dune London via their chat facility. Inevitably a chat bot initially but once I was connected with Emma, everything went smoothly. I sent her a pic of the boot and she offered me a 20% discount if I wanted to keep them or a free return and a replacement pair. I was unsure what to do and Emma offered to email me with the options so I could think about it. Email received as promised and I returned the boots to the Norwich store who were equally helpful. They processed the return and ordered the replacement pair which at Emma’s request were sent the next day free delivery. This is exceptional service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. So rare to have such a positive experience when things go wrong.

I placed an order on 8th April 2026 and…

I placed an order on 8th April 2026 and the money was taken from my account the next day. This morning I received an email, with no explanation, informing me that my order had been cancelled and a refund given. Just spoke to Leah from customer service and expressed my concerns that Dune had taken my money for sandals that were never in stock - And at the end of the conversation she actually laughed at my frustration and reluctantly agreed to escalate my complaint to her manager. I will not order from this company again and I don't appreciate being treated so rudely!

The boots are so bad what ever the…

The boots are so bad what ever the leather is in them so cheap and the price I paid for them well they are not worth the money as they are only coming from
China and costing two hundred 75 e and when you go back with them they say it’s the leather I said ye it’s dirt and cheap leather for the price and they don’t look after there customer s either I noticed the way the boots are being made now days in this shop and staff no help either very bad customer service no more buying lost a good

Helpful customer service - Dune - Emma

I had ordered 2 pairs of boots within minutes of each other and found the website was not very user friendly. The discount was applied to one pair but not to the second pair. I received a response very promptly from Emma and she very efficiently helped correct this matter for me and refunded the discount amount promptly. Thank you Emma.

I have had the best customer service…

I have had the best customer service I've ever had. I had a query about the availability of a pair of wedding shoes, as they didn't have my size. Katie from Dune went above and beyond and kept me updated. Although unfortunately my size wasn't available, Katie offered different options and checked the availability for me. I found a beautiful pair of shoes for my wedding. Thanks to Katie from Dune customer service.
