Very Poor Quality Food And A Visit To Hell.
Very poor quality food, vegetables for overcooked that tasted like cleaning products served in dishes that had not been rinsed. The beef undercooked very gristly and stringy, Yorkshire puddings were not light and fluffy on the inside and crispy outer they were rubbery and somewhat stiff, roast potatoes were not roasted they were cooked in the deep fat fryer, undercooked hard in the centre tasting like chips.
Service was adequate waitresses were pleasant, helpful and apologetic. Seating area busy, tables were too close together children misbehaving and arguing with parents. I would not recommend going there for Sunday lunch maybe a quick drink or a place to drink you sorrows away that start when you enter the inn.
