If I could give a minus star review I would. Appaling service as they agreed to submit a quote for an AA Breakdown Repair Cover and then refused to do the work. The quote was agreed and the AA authorised for the work to be done for £124 inc VAT (£65 for the diagnostics £19 for the part £40 labour. Then Dundalk refused to do the work for that amount and wanted to charge me £332 for the work (£144 diagnostics £150 labour £38 for the part). At no point did I get a quote or estimate of costs or authorise the diagnostics to take place. They refused to hand back the keys unless I paid £60 towards the cost of the diagnostics which I cannot get back. I have gone to a much better garage who were shocked at quoted price and are doing the work for the same price as the AA quote.
Having pulled the meta data from from the diagnostic report car plug in at 16.41 and report sent to online server at 16.51 10mins for £144 please refund my £60
I've used them for MOT and for repairs on many occasions. The owner works in the garage and I've always found them pleasant and straightforward to deal with. It is a rather restricted entrance and site so you may find your car parked out on the street when the work has been completed.
