Unfortunately didn't have a great experience dealing with Hina Kargar for a checking service for an Immigration application, last year. This was our first time doing this application, hence paying for this service.
We were unclear from the start what we were actually paying for, it was never clearly laid out. The support we received was minimal, we found it hard to get hold of Hina over the phone so resorted to email, until we were eventually told to stop emailing or we would be charged extra and that the service we paid for was a 'one off'.

The application ultimately was not successful, and had we had better support we believe the outcome may have been different.

I had a really great experience working with Solicitor Aleksandra Sawicka. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process much less stressful.

Having recently engaged with Duncan Lewis as a Solisitor I wanted to represent me was one of the Directors I have been left in the uncomfortable position that they want to reallocate my case to a lesser experienced Solisitor and that my Solisitor is not available. The communication from the suggested Solisitor has been rather uncomfortable with little or no empathy. They have told me not to contact my Solisitor, with no answers to any of my questions. My last email,at the beginning of last week, to the CEO and the Client Care Team has gone unanswered.

My view was I had personally chosen my Solisitor not the firm.
