Great communication in relaying where items are in stock and promptly shipping anything I cant pick up at local outlet. Ordered on a Sunday evening online, was called Monday morning confirming order. Notified Monday afternoon that complete order was shipped. Truck with order was setting in my yard at 8am Tuesday. WOW!!! Also very helpful with processing a return of some items from a previous order.

Tote pump got here fast
Tote pump got here fast. However, the pump was leaking when I first started it up. Luckily tightening all the screws around the pump fixed the leak. Not sure if this is a Dultmeier program or a problem with the manufacturer of the pump.
