Took my car in this week needing it's mot already aware my wheel bearing needed work. the guys at duke street looked after me, kept me informed and got the work completed asap.

safe to say i've found my new "go to" garage in Loughborough.

Always great service, any required work is clearly explained & good communication throughout.

I explained that I needed the car asap and they didn't let me down!! I find they are so honest about findings etc not getting you to spend excess money on problems that don't exist!! I trust them completely thanks Duke Street!!!!

Always easy, hassle free booking the car in. This time for two new front tyres. I was advised on best all round performance. A while-I-wait fitting was offered. The mechanic remembered me and the car, and was genuinely interested about its performance since the previous repair work. This sort of care is why I dont go elsewhere. Thanks for your help, and the assurance my wife is safer on icy roads.

This garage really cares about you and it shows. I’ve had a fantastic experience with this garage, they diagnosed and fixed an issue that had gone undiagnosable for over a year with other garages. And when they fixed it they insisted on following me to the car to watch my face as it started up properly. Honestly recommend so much

Hands down the best garage I've ever used.
I've been going for a few years now with two different vehicles and I completely trust these guys. They're always so friendly and upbeat. They were honest with me when things didn't need doing on my car which helped me save money. I always find Duke Street easy to deal with and efficient.

Not an unhappy customer! At the beginning of the summer my car started to leak oil. I took it to Dukes and they gave me the sad news that it will cost more to repair than what the 10 year old car was worth. They didn't charge me for checking and made sure I had enough oil to get home, also for free. I now have a new car and will definitely bring it to Dukes when it is due for a service. Honest business that is not out to just make money.
