First time shopping with this shop. Horrible experience and got sent with an empty box with lots of papers to fake the weight and now, denying all claims towards the loss.

Told that double taping is the company's standard to check the product (or possibly to remove the product) and when question on this practice, they said is standard. Question is, why break the original seal but they said to put the invoice which can be achieved by sticking an envelope outside the box. When query further, they just push you to others for responses and make you wait for 5 days.

Apparently, it is a tactic to drag the matter and when responded, came back and said, no irregularities and ask you go report police in NL and just push it away to me. Buyer/s beware of this company if you are not a Dutch or foreigner residing in NL.

I have also connected the dots on my own that you did not delivered the goods as promise. You re-taped the box knowing it was sealed? How do I know you did not remove the item? Why did you take so long to response to me citing needing to connect the dots with others to collaborate a joint answer so to keep me shut but provide no evidence at all but push it to the end customer, me.

I find it hard to believe your responses is true. New buyers beware. This is what you get from this store

Good case for the price, arrived on time

The bags are beautiful. I had a question about the items I purchased and Veronica from customer service was great!
I would definitely order from Duifhuizen again.

Fast delivery, hope the quality of the bag will match the price. - practical bag for laptop but not much space for anything else.

Positive: very fast delivery.

Negative: the Samsonite suitcase had obviously been in the shop for some time with many scratches and scrapes. I did expect a new suitcase. Unfortunately I had no time to return the item.

I would therefore not recommend using their online service.

They deliver my order very fast. I will be going on 3 weeks vacation soon and i am going to use the bag. I will let you know if the quality is good.

I bought a birthday present woman bag but my wife found it to big for her , send the bag bag after one day receive the money back
