Duff & Phelps have now rebranded as Kroll. I expect their rip-off practice will continue. They have been dealing with a syndicate issue and have charged hundreds of thousands which means none will be left for out of pocket creditors. They even charge in 6 minute time periods. A disgrace.
Duff & Phelps have no ethics. When allocated as Administrators, they charge many hundreds of pounds an hour in fees and ridiculous amounts in "costs".
They milk hundreds of thousands if not millions of pounds for themselves, dragging out Administrations as long as possible so that they can continue to rake in money.
As a creditor, you are left high and dry. Duff & Phelps are NEVER available when you contact them and NEVER get back to you when you leave messages to be called or emailed back.
They are scamsters of the highest order. Their ONLY raison d'etre is to leech as much money for themselves as possible. They don't give a damn about creditors.
I've been involved in three Administrations that Duff & Phelps 'managed' and in all three situations Duff & Phelps leeched all the money that they could get their hands on, taking hundreds of thousands of pounds for themselves from the businesses, while I didn't get a single penny I was owed.

Duff & Phelps in the UK were the adminstrators for a company that I loaned money to and didn't repay me.
I contacted Duff & Phelps 20 times over a period of many days. I emailed them at several email addresses, I completed the enquiry form on their website many times, I telephoned them a huge number of times.
But they have never once got back to me!
