Buyer beware
Buyer beware. After seeing relentless ads for this company, I finally decided to try a pair of their pants. I'm generally wary of brands with such aggressive marketing, as it often points to a focus on customer acquisition rather than retention, and my instincts were right. I bought a pair of pants on a standard sale (not a final clearance event), only to discover they do not offer refunds on sale items.
They do allow exchanges, but that policy is completely useless when the fit of the specific item you wanted is terrible and you have no interest in their other products. Any reputable online retailer understands that buying clothes online is a gamble regarding fit and feel. Trapping a customer into a forced exchange or store credit on regular promotional items is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding them.
