Although it took a long time to get to me (order on 24th Aug and delivered on 18th Sept to the UK) it was mentioned in the confirmation email that it could take up to 21 working days. I did my first batch tonight and felt it's made a bit of a difference. Couple more 'goes' and I think my teeth will be the shade I want!

After reading these reviews I feel like a fool, I should've done more research I suppose but I mean the ad for it was on Snapchat!...I just figured how can it be a scam if it's on there?! I recently brought teeth whiting kit, try making the payment online using debit card came with zipcode error? Thinking I might have put wrong details so tried again and same message.. Manage to sort PayPal went ahead with payment and when I checked my bank to my horror they have charged me £1 each for earlier attempt, I got email straight away telling me my order is confirmed and if I have any query they are there to help, I have heard nothing I am not even sure if I'm even getting anything, whatever you do DO NOT BUY OFF THESE GUYS!!!

it is a SCAM
it is a SCAM, I ordered 4 items, they sent 3 of them in separate packages (they kept on arriving for up to 4 months from the order). 4th never came, I gave them 2 more months and finally asked for their help - they told me... it is too late to ask for any intervention and no refund, nor the package will be delivered:D

I guess i am a lucky one who received my order (after a long wait). The power floss (water pic) turns out to be a slenderized, glorified squirt gun. But they did say "No Batteries or or Charging Required.
Damn forty bucks for a water pistol!
Won't order from them again.

Round and round for a refund
I have been going rounds with this company trying to get a refund on an item that did not work for me, the ipocket. It was too slender when fit in between the seat for the car and the console. They made me take a photo/video of the item and I have had to email back and forth for over a week plus and they refuse to refund me. They have offered store credit which I refuse due to their horrible business habits then offer a 10% credit on top. I just want my money back. Beware doing business with them.
