Great products, but UPS delivery ruins the experience
I really like Duca del Cosma’s products — they’re high quality and worth it. However, the delivery experience with UPS is consistently frustrating. UPS only delivers during working hours, and their redirection options are unreliable.
In my case, after the first failed attempt, I tried multiple times to redirect. Eventually, we arranged for someone to stay home, but then UPS suddenly announced a “delay” in the middle of the day with no update for over 24 hours. I had to call them myself, and in the end my package arrived 1.5 weeks late.
This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens regularly with UPS. For me, it makes ordering from Duca del Cosma a real challenge. I would strongly encourage you to consider offering alternative delivery methods, because the products deserve a much smoother experience.
