I'm not one for writing reviews but i really need people to understand that this company needs to be avoided at all costs!
This is one of the worst, if not the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I can't believe they are still in business.
They offer a terrible service with no return policy. They blame the customer for choosing the wrong size?? (If I went to any other store, instore/online to return an item, there would be no issues, no questions asked). I even asked if I could return the item for the correct size instead of a refund and they still refused, again referring back to the size chart, that they are so proud of. They also tried to scam me into buying more crap from them by offering a discount. I'm appalled by the awful customer service.
Please avoid this company at all costs! They are unsustainable and offer a terrible service. 1 star is actually too high for them. I will never deal with them again.

Worst company ever . Just buy yourself from ali Express it would be cheaper and same waiting time . Avoid at all costs

As with all of the orher reviews i thought that this was a legit dublin company and have also been stung by them
bought a heated vest XL that took a month to arrive i did not realise it was for an XL baby as it would struggle to fit a baby

Do not buy from here...
First off items come from China and take a month.
Refused to change sizes on a heater jacket that cost €57 and was way too small.
Also bought dog Grooming Comb with blade €28 and absolutely useless, it ended up in the bin. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before handing over 60 euro for a product I have not received WEEKS LATER. I buy Irish at Christmas and thought this was a Dublin company. Its not. Stay well away from them

Not only have I paid for 2 items from Dublin Trends, cos I thot I was buying Irish, but we think these pillocks have also taken 1,000.00 from our account as they had my card details and address & phone number!! Please, please be aware of who we r spending our money with

Sooo sorry I didn't read the reviews before ordering a Christmas present for my Granddaughter. I ordered a fitness watch on 22/11/22 and received some sort of BOLT on 15/12/22. How can these bogus sites take peoples hard earned money. A total SCAM. STAY CLEAR.

There really isn't much point in adding anything to all of the negative reviews about this 'company'. I've experienced exactly the same as pretty much everyone else. I'd just love to know how jokers like these still get away with it.

Stay away from these scammers!!! Dublin trends orders their stuff from China!! Delivery never arrived and did not hear a word from Dublin trends!

Ordered a present for Christmas cancelled the order and put the product back online. Spam the mail box with Christmas reminders for products that won't arrive on time. 12-30 days delivery. Product was 19.95 now on the website for 29.95 just ordered off Amazon for 4 pound. Stay away!

This is a fraudulent company who pretends to be based in Dublin but base in China.
A company who can hack into your bank account, and phone.
A company so dubious, cheap and low class who delivers nothing but thrash.

I ordered TWS ear buds from Dublin Trends last week. I searched for information on TWS thinking it was a brand. I discovered it meant true wireless sound which is a type of technology. Then I searched Dublin Trends and found this thread on Trustpilot. I received an email acknowledging my order and immediately replied cancelling the order. Next day I had an email signed by Sheila accepting the cancellation and saying that a refund would be processed but it could take up to 7 days. Next day I got another email confirming my order and advising that delivery could take7 to 30 days, also signed by Sheila. I replied asking Sheila to consult with the other Sheila who had accepted my cancellation and promised a refund. Good news is that 2 days later a credit arrived in my credit card account cancelling the earlier debit. Phew! If you look at their returns policy on the website (which of course I failed to do in advance) it has so many caveats that it could not possibly comply with EU legislation. Thanks Trustpilot. I think you saved me a lot of grief.

Received my binoculars today, opened them and they immediately fell into pieces with obvious signs of lots of glue

Received toy ordered from dublin trend reduced from 70 euros to 43 euros same item in smyths is 18 euro. Total rip off and it had to home from China would never have ordered it from this company if u had known. Also product just a bit if rubbish. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Very bad experience. We ordered kids watch from them and we wait 4-5 week until delivery. They ordered from China when they received our order (we coud do a same). Watch had issue with GPS and when we send message for help they told as to contact company which made watch. When we answered that we didnt bouth watch from company they stop to answering...

my item arrived today about 5-6weeks when i opened box to try it,plugged it in wont work just a buzzing sound with no switch.looking for a refund but i now know its a scam and not even from Dublin.

Waiting a month now for an order.. thought it was an Irish company & the name “Dublin Trends” & Dublin address & price in euros that item would be delivered within a few days but no… item coming from China… misleading

Stay away from this site bought wireless dog fence wouldn’t be even suitable for a toy dog rubbish quality didn’t realize it was coming from China.They say it’s one of there best selling products if this is the best they can do beware.
Emailed so far have gotten nowhere cost me 28 euros to return this site should be closed down

This is a scam. They do not operate in Dublin or Ireland. They probably pay for a postbox just to have an address here. They list products on their site for full prices but procure them from wholesale vendors from which they will be directly shipped. There is no return policy either or warranties on products. The best you can do is try and cancel your order before it is shipped. Can't believe this is legal.
Update: I did not use this email to order and will not be sharing any personal information with a scam Chinese company that does not have the gdpr regulations we do in Europe. Do not order anything or give your data to this company.
