Dev is definitely not a handyman more a conman
He turned up on time looked disinterested/very strong smell of smoke from his clothes Dev just wanted a quick job easy money
I needed a few lights fitted but he had no step ladder strange I thought 1 red flag and it was so stressful to watch him make a mess of my kitchen ceiling living a big hole where the light should of been flush to the ceiling I asked about that and he was saying its fine filling the hole with big lumps of pollyfilla, the next light was in my bedroom again (No ladder) pulling my bed around the room, standing on my bed with fifty shoes falling over it was a disaster from start to finish in the end I had to call out a qualified electrician to fix his mess Please if anyone sees this DONT get dev from dublintrades.ie he will leave an even bigger mess behind him.

Dev is a con artist

I contacted him about tiling my floor cause I needed it level as I was replacing my bath with a corner whirlpool bath. He suggested I use plywood . It is what my old bath sat on , but was uneven to the rest of the tiles. It was going to save me money instead of tiling. The company I am buying the bath from told me I need the floor level. He arrived a day late. He measured the size of the job to see what size and depth plywood he would need. The depth was 10 mm and he bought 6mm. Then he installed . He told me he was finished after 40 minutes of work. The first thing I said to him is that it is not even. Very visibly so. He then told me that the baths are adjustable in height ( If the bath was adjustable in hieght I would of never needed him in the first place ) We talked for a few minutes as I paid him and not thinking about the job. Then I checked it with a level. He charged 180 euro to put in plywood worth 10 euro. Not worth it even if he had done the job right. I would of accepted the price if I dint have to fix his work myself. The last photo is my work that I had to do with a hand saw. The floor is now level. I contacted him with very slow response from him to explain the poor work he did and that I want half the money back cause I had to do half the work. He then tried put the blame on the company selling the bath, saying they gave me false information. Even though his only job was to level the floor and he didn't. He holds no accountability for his work. I have had 3 days of messaging him and chasing up about this matter. He has declined to give half the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can't stress this enough. You will regret it. He can't even level a floor. All his reviews on Google are most likely self reviews.

WARNING

WARNING: I engaged Trusted Services to perform repairs to a bathroom floor, replace the floor tiles, bath hand-basin & toilet. This work was scheduled for 3 days. After 7 weeks, the job was part finished. There is still some work to be completed. The toilet was not functional for 8 days during this period, & could only be flushed by using buckets of water numerous times per day. They fitted the bath side panel on the outside of the bath, & tried to assure me that it was correct. Only when I showed them a photo from supplier’s catalogue they removed it. They also left quantities of silicone around the top of the bath, which I am still trying to remove. The bath was installed at the incorrect height which won’t allow for the side panel to be installed.
