All ẁent smooth, the drive was very professioinal

No A/C in bus, it was very hot

Great comfortable bus with luggage compartments for big bags, in the bus there is air conditioning (a bit too cool and no way to disable though), safety belts, Wi-Fi. The only drawback was that the signs in the Airport Terminal 2 were very misleading - if you go by following the "Buses" sign you would end up somewhere in the car parking. You should ignore the signs for "Buses" and find the sign "Zone 1" on your left from the exit from the Terminal 2. This is where the Dublin Express buses are picking up the passengers.

Everything was easy and clear. I arrived at the stop over 15 minutes early as instructed and was able to board the previous bus. Very smooth and stress-free experience. Thank you!

It makes no sense to buy a ticket for a specific time if then the bus is late. Especially if it’s late because it keeps on boarding late comers until the bus apparently is full. Luckily for me my flight was delayed but I can see how 20 minutes of delay for the shuttle bus would have been a problem in a normal scenario.

I used Dublin Express years ago and was happy to see that the service still exists. This will be a very easy and expedient way for us to get from the airport to our hotel after an overnight flight. The price was also quite inexpensive for the service.

The one thing that would make the booking process 5 stars would be if there was a map on the site to reference to find the closest stop. I had to do some googling around, but found the location I needed. I recommend figuring out which stop is closest to your end point before beginning the booking process.

I do really like that, once booked you are immediately sent the tickets with the ability to download them to the wallet app on your phone. Very convenient, especially when traveling with multiple people, including a child.

Everything went well before there was little accident in traffic lights near toll plaza. All of us customers were ignored and we couldn't have our luggages under the bus before Garda came. We had to take taxi to airport almost from town center so it wasn't good experience. Anyone didn't ask if we are ok and allthough there went several dublin express by us, they didn't stop or anyone didn't arrange us new lift to airport. Customers were totally forgotten. It supposed to be express and it was very big disapointment. Good service and caring people around doesn't cost anything to anyone. We had luck and accident wasn't bad. Though my back is little stiff. Next time I will take taxi right away.

Great service , easy to use , well priced , comfortable & efficent service , especially when was having extreme difficulty dealing with and trying to navagate Translink’s websights and lack of communication etc and knowledge from their staff

It was convenient & easy to book. I would have liked if there was a search function to look up hotels or attractions & their closest drop-off points. That would make picking the destination easier.
