I purchased an 86-inch interactive…

I purchased an 86-inch interactive panel on 17th January 2025, and since then, the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.

Despite repeated follow-ups — over 50 calls and more than 100 messages — I am still waiting for the stylish magnetic stylus pens that were promised. The two pens provided with the panel are non-magnetic and OFC card type, which are not suitable for professional use.

Mr. Qamar, the Sales Manager, has been giving me false promises and repeated delays for the last 5 months. I honestly don’t know if he is working to develop business or damage the company’s image with such careless and irresponsible service.

At the time of purchase, I met the owner of the company, who seemed to be a professional and committed individual. He personally requested a review, to which I replied that I would provide one only after complete delivery and proper installation. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

Even after more than 5 months, I am still waiting for the promised items. If you check your internal records, my follow-ups will be clearly visible.

I hope this issue is addressed immediately. Otherwise, I will have no option but to post this review publicly across all platforms and take it to consumer grievance channels.

🚨 Business Warning

🚨 Business Warning: Athar Business Machines 🚨
I want to alert fellow businesses about a serious issue.
On January 6, 2025, our company paid 1,569.75 AED to Athar Business Machines, but they never delivered the goods nor refunded the payment. After multiple emails, calls, and legal warnings, they have completely ignored all communication.

If you're considering working with them, think twice! We have already reported them to UAE authorities, including the Chamber of Commerce and DED, for fraudulent business practices.

If anyone has had a similar experience, let’s connect and take collective action against them.

Very bad terrible experience

Very bad terrible experience, don't waste your time. It is mostly a scam. My order to Saudi was scheduled for 4 weeks and it has been 4 months with no any clear shipment date yet. They did not even apologize and refused to refund the payment.
