Really engaging and insightful.
I've been on a handful of courses with Dualism and each time Sue has delivered great information!
The tutor, Jane, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience pleasant and informative.
I came away knowing so much more and was so grateful for the time given to talk about things, instead of feeling rushed.
Brilliant trainer on the MFHAider course. Very clear and was mindful by offering breaks. She was able to answer all questions from participants and had great knowledge.
These courses are worthwhile!
An engaging and informative course. We covered a lot of ground but I always felt engaged: individual and group input expected at regular intervals and breaks every hour or so helped me maintain concentration. Jane was very sensitive to the potentially delicate nature of the subject matter and kept checking in to see if we were OK. Excellent course materials and references to enable us to take knowledge and skills further.
The course was presented well with good content and delivered by someone with real life experience
Interactive training at its best! I've completed numerous virtual 1/2 day trainig sessions and have to say that the MHFA Refresher + Training provided by Dualism was just as good as the 2day MHFA course I did in person 2+ years ago.
Really great experience, makes you think from a different perspective and has already come in handy. The exercises are brilliant and everyone gets involved.
I’ve been on many training events and by far this was the most informative and professionally presented. Well done Jane .
Great evidence based information and techniques provided to deal with various crisis and situations. Opportunities to practice and receive feedback on scenarios. Superbly delivered by the instructor with continued support.
The course was delivered with ultimate professionalism.
The content was up to date, understandable, and fun to do.
Sue you are amazing, your honesty was very much appreciate, you understood and had empathy for the openness some of us shared.
You delivered the course fantastically, I think everyone should be a MHFA, I have definately changed my out look and how I speak to people.
I often think of ALGEE and my stress bucket, I call it.
I would recommend this course to everyone.
Keep it up ladies, you are doing an amazing job.
Mixture of training techniques and materials used really helped make the sessions worthwhile and engaging, especially when carried out over Zoom.
The trainer kept the course really engaging, which I think is hard to do online. The content is really interesting and very helpful when working through how to have conversations around mental health in reality.
Brilliant and engaging trainer, great content and learning.
The exercises helped bring to life what was being taught and promoted good discussion.
The other delegates were good to work with which made the whole experience excellent.
Really engaging training from Sue at Dualism. As the person responsible for organising this training for our organisation, I have been really impressed with Dualism's warmth, rapport, professionalism and efficiency. The MHFA training was really interesting and Sue was a great facilitator - she engaged every individual in the session and kept the momentum throughout the two days. An excellent, informative training programme that adds real value to an organisation. This is essential learning.
Dualism provided a great and insightful course, with plenty of interaction and valuable learning.
Delicate topics delivered with care. The training overall was very interesting and Jane & Sue were really fantastic.
The trainer was great, warm, compassionate and easy going. I liked that you had the option to opt out if any discussions were triggering/uncomfortable. The exercises were useful and not intimidating.
good informative but with a relaxed feeling
Our company initiative is creating a bank of Mental Health First Aiders and this training was excellent. Teaching us the do's and don'ts of a MH first aiders. The presenters teachings, case studies, and group discussions helped reinforce the role a MHFA. I feel ready to support our employees and more.
This was a brilliant, insightful course. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, and are highly sensitive to your needs.
