Danielle is just awsome..she cut my hair, its beautiful, such precision! She is a lovely, lovely person, and I will be going back! Taken me ages to find a real good hairdresser I trust, atmosphere is great, team is great, welcoming, clean, never knew this salon was there, ill shout out to all I know to come here. Next time I will have a colour! Cant wait!

Have been visiting Dtail since it opened. Staff are friendly, approachable and listen to your needs. Very attentive and always leave feeling good and happy with fresh hair. Would def recommend!

Hair Colour Violation
Went in for a 3in black on grey reverse ombre touch up from Poppy. Left with over half of my hair poorly dyed black, uneven and patchy. I feel violated by the experience.
Salon's attempts to make me feel better about it - a refund, trim and 2 wash and blow drys - isn't enough to compensate for 4 years that it will take to grow the colour out. I now have no option but to take legal action.

Great service, highlights and cut.
After 6 months of lockdown and bleaching it myself, my hair was a complete mess. Simon was amazing. He discussed what I wanted and did exactly what we had discussed. The full head of highlights, cut and blow dry was perfect. Such a nice guy and lovely staff. So grateful, thank you 😚 x
