Always a great experience.
Fast shipping.
Good quality tools.
It's cheaper with shipping, than buying the same tools in the UK.

Used this piece of kit for first time today, 17/12/25. Really liked it & wasn’t too heavy hanging from my overalls. I use Fibafuse instead of paper tape which, I feel, would make it heavier to have by your side. Way better than just using the roll on its own, in my opinion.

I placed an order with Dry Wall Tools Direct on 4 October 2025 (Order #000020638) and received two confirmation emails. After six days with no updates, I had to call the company myself — only to find out the part I ordered wasn’t even in stock.
No one from the company bothered to inform me of this delay, which is unacceptable. As a tradesman relying on this charger for a job starting Monday, I’ve now been left scrambling with just a few days to find an alternative.
This was my first time ordering from Dry Wall Tools Direct, and it’s been a disappointing experience. I usually use companies like ITS and UK Planet Tools, but wanted to give this one a try for comparison — and I regret that decision.
Poor communication and lack of customer care have really let this company down. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d advise others to be cautious before relying on them for time-sensitive tools or parts.
Dispatched late - website states same day dispatch before 4pm, I ordered and had the confirmation at 14:07.
Sticky labels all over the tools, and unlike the manufacture ones, these needed chemicals to remove - wasted an hour cleaning the tools before I could use them.
