Easy to select and order and delivered promptly

Order lubricating drops for contacts. They expire in 2 months. No other company I have ordered from sells eye product's that expire that quickly. They said I could return for a credit for more of there products and would not pay return shipping. The manager told me the inventory issue is something they are working on fixing. That in itself should have been enough for them to handle this return properly.

Ordered Purilens in 2 different sizes : thought I could use the 2 oz bottles as a purse-size source of eyedrops. The 4 oz bottles would be ideal for home use. When these arrived, I saw that there is a warning on the box stating that this solution is NOT to be used as an eyedrop!!! When I contacted the company regarding a return, I was informed that not only was I responsible for the cost of return shipping, but that no refund would be forthcoming. I’d only get “store credit.

My eye care provider recommended using this company. I will inform him of my disappointing experience with dryeyerescue.

Oasis Tears Plus has been very helpful in relieving my dry eye. The vials work better than the dropper, which is difficult to use.

The timing of the shipment is terrific, and I don’t miss out! My eyes are very comfortable after the cleansing and they don’t get as tired and scratchy as they did before I started using DryEye rescue.

I have been having a hard time getting my ICAPS on a regular basis in town. The fact that I could get them without having to leave the house let alone look all over town and possibly travel thirty miles out of town to get them is a major plus for me. The speed of arrival was good too.

Everything was very good! My only issue was, based on the description and instructions of the reusable gel warm compress, that I wouldn't need to boil them each time. Still super convenient on the go when you don't have a microwave. I have other minor complaints that don't need mentioning in general about other products and just general expectations. I am new to these types of products. But I would definitely recommend your products to anyone. Just some better descriptions on certain products would help. I'd rather not say anymore. But overall, great!

My dry eye symptoms have completely resolved with the De 3 Omega Oil soft gels!! They are so easy to take and no oil taste or burp up. My eyes used to water so much with the slightest breeze or cool air and now I can enjoy being outside on a fall or winter day and never have to wipe away another tear.
