Good material and I like how it feels on skin. The elastic waist band seems durable and doesn’t get overly stretched with just several wears and washes.

Petite size pants still runs long for 1.5cm girlie like me so u have to tailor it short and I have to tuck my shirt in so I lose the top pockets. When I lean down, the v line drops so you have to use a hand to secure that area when you lean down.

Not only are the products sub par but the companies communication and processes are pathetic. Returned scrubs over 4 weeks ago. No communication no refund. This company must be making 2 bucks out of mums garage

Very happy with the quality of the compression socks from Dr Woof. It honestly feels like my feet are being hugged and cared for. I noticed a huge difference after a long night shift — my legs and feet felt much less tired and heavy. The quality is better compared to some other famous Australian brands I have tried. The socks were also very well packed. Highly recommended, and I will definitely order again.

One of the most important things about a company is its customer service. These guys have been fantastic from the start. Their turn around for an email is only 12 hours max. Lovely compression socks and love the colours. I wear them every day that I’m working. Love that it’s an Australian company too.

Just received my socks today and tried one on and the immediately coolness of it was amazing

Love the feel and look of the bamboo socks. I unfortunately ordered the incorrect size. Dr. Woof provided amazing customer service and sorted out my issue. New socks arrived and fit great. I can’t believe how much relief the socks provide, literally instantly. 🧡🐶

My order for compression socks came quickly. I was a bit surprised at the colour. Turned out to be chocolate brown, not black as I thought.
The % of bamboo is 40%. Not 100%.

The size guide was accurate. They fit well and feel good.

Still no resolution to my order from May 3rd. Company responded to my previous review with an email telling me the socks I ordered were not in stock. I believe I would never have been given this information as emails are never responded to. I have a flight at the end of this week and thought 3 wks was plenty of time to receive an order that gives a 1-3 day delivery time and I only live around 40 mins from the address of the company. I have ordered socks and scrubs, my money was taken on May 3rd and order status has not been updated since.
The customer service and lack of responding to emails is extremely poor, I am very disappointed and have never had to give a bad review for a company before.
I would like to know what is happening with my order and be given the contact details of a supervisor or manager.

I finally received my order 2 days ago, I think I will be happy with my purchase but unsure if I would use this company again due to the extremely poor customer service and ordering experience. Stock availability seems to be a huge issue. Response time to emails is very poor also. Would be great if this feedback was taken onboard and improvements made in these areas.

I have received my delivery of One Pair. I have tried them on, but not actually made use of them yet. I leave for my overseas trip in 2 days.
Just trying on, they feel great. I got a larger size so it was not a struggle to get them on - they still feel 'compressed' which is a good thing.

I am a dog groomer and use Dr Woof Apparel as my go to. They are great. Very comfortable, lots of different colours and styles to choose and most importantly the dog fur doesn't stick and it's an Aussie company. Also, their customer service is top notch. I had a small problem which they handled very well.

Not made for everyone,
Doesn’t have enough compression at the ankles yet too much in the calf.
After a few hours the stitching caused pressure areas and now I’m having to deal with blisters on my calf.

Service was good, very quickly delivered. My issue is with fit. I’m an average woman 5’8”with size 7 feet and 43cm calves. So, I bought the wide fit. Being concerned I even went up to a medium. I cannot wear the long socks for more than a couple of hours because the tops cut off circulation. They may say wide fit but I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone with a calve circumference of more than 40cm

I chose the small size as I’m short (150cm) with small feet. The foot size fits fine but the sock leg is too long for my shin length. You can’t fold or roll over compression socks when flying as it creates an uneven pressure gradient and could actually increase DVT risk. Effectively the socks are unwearable and a waste of money for me.
I contacted Dr Woof about this issue and while their response was prompt and informative they effectively said that perhaps this product is no good for me. This review is to warn other shorter people that the socks probably won’t fit properly.

In response to Dr Woof’s reply I have already emailed your customer service line about this issue but am awaiting a response.

Very quick delivery

I ordered compression socks which seem to be good quality, time will tell how they wear.
Sizing was accurate; did a great job after a long day & really reduced an existing problem of ankle swelling. Would recommend.

Bought a scrub set- unfortunately it did not fit right, neither did sizing up/down. This is fine, however I have emailed the company several times on their online contact email with no success. As I had already exchanged for a different size the online portal for refunds did not allow me to go through with a full refund.
Despite emailing and filling out their online fills (many times) there has been no contact from the company to process my refund. It has been very frustrating to say the least. I will not recommend ordering from this company to friends and colleagues.
