Firstly this is a note after my initial review, for this company to masquerade as a reviewer..please see review below.... it says it all....the so called reviewer has a statement on one of his reviews where he says win or loose I am always very happy... total fraud and I belive the title he used had the word sad in it... there is only one thing sad about fake reviews...i can give details of how their company disrupt your gaming mid games...which affects the rtp ratio.. I can give you details of how they without warning or just cause freeze your account ...I could give you details of delays in getting your withdrawals into the system..I could give you details that the so called official response from the casino below does not address the issues that I have mentioned in this piece and I could give you details of the actual RTP ratio being lower than advertised .. be very careful as this is a very poor casino, this casino is the worst that I have reviewed under the skill on net banner...for those that don't know skill on net operate several on line casinos and whilst I was initially impressed with them as the operating company I now see issues which customers should be aware of which makes gaming extremely frustrating..the issues are ...despite uploading documents to their sister casinos they insist that you also send them to them as well..so e.g.when you pay by PayPal you pay skill on net...when they pay you it comes from skill on net... so why do all the companies that work under the skill on net banner require these documents...what then makes matters worse is if you win they won't let you get your withdrawal into the process basically encouraging you to continue playing... that not what the gaming commission rules state.. they twist the money laundering rule and kyc to suit their purpose ..i.e. keep your funds available so you play and loose... another thing with this particular casino is that the features on pragmatic games seem to be programmed to return less than average..I base this on two games that I play quite a lot after obtaining 25 bonuses on starlight express I have struggled to get anyone of the bonus above x50 which is well below average...so am cynical to why this is..make up your own minds... then there is the way in which they suddenly freeze your account because they can and say you have flagged up on the radar as a problem gambler... what nonsense... it wouldn't be if I hadn't gone through this process before and explained that I am researching casinos that operate pragmatic games etc and explained and demonstrated I was in control......so without going into further details here is my summary

Don't allow you to get withdrawals in the pending system until documents are provided....why? as surely if you cannot provide them they will not pay you... trouble is most people can and so what these guys do is leave the balance available so you use it up...
Annoying pop up that pops up in the middle of a game so you accidentally press it and come off game and reset the return to player ratio ... I could go on ...but to me in a nutshell if your UK based give this casino a miss... no professional code of conduct...then they reply in possibly German...it may as well be Arabic...I don't know what the reply says! OK I used Google translate and found a response that was very polite although they have confirmed my suspicion that they only want bingo grandma's as clients any serious gamblers get obstacles put in their way as is the form off all skill on net casinos ... avoid unless you are a bingo grandma .. avoid all skill on net casinos as they like to use the rules to disrupt serious slot players
