I have ordered on 12 Nov

I have ordered on 12 Nov. My order Is Is 291444. I have been following up since 13 th Nov for my product. But I didn't get any response. Then I escalated my case. After that i received a mail along with the tracking record. Now today I have checked it's showing product delivered. However I have not received any product. I am really disappointed. Pls help me to provide my product. I really need it. Apart from i have already made the prepaid payment. If I will not receive my product. I will go to consumer code.

I don't know how you choose a delivery…

I don't know how you choose a delivery service to deliver a product.
But for me It's a very harassing experience from a delivery service provider.I order a product on November 4th but still it doesn't reach to me yet.

So whenever you deliver a product make sure that it reaches to costumer in a fixed period of time.

I recently ordered Weighing scale from…

I recently ordered Weighing scale from Dr. Trust. The product is so bad that it's not giving stable weight in single time. It's always fluctuating. It always gives different diverse reading like 47,46,52,56,58,62,64 kgs etc. When I reported the issue the customer care guys are not taking it seriously. They are asking same data again and again. Very frustrated,
