I have found dealing with the clinic a very unsatisfactory experience. I went to see Dr Meyer and believe she is very knowledgable and she has indeed helped me with my menopause journey.

However, after nearly £2000 spent, the support levels do not match the drive to collect payment from the various process' such as exploratory tests and appointments .

It is simply not good enough to be referred back to e mail when dealing with a client . These are personal matters and whilst people are busy, surely some level of after care service should be available.

This is no way an indictment of Dr Meyers knowledge or ability to help, but if you are charging for a premium service, then I suggest at least a modicum of support for your patients might be advisable.

Visiting Saadia is always a great experience. She is open, warm, welcoming and you feel immediately at ease.
Dr Meyer makes you feel like a special individual and relaxed so that you are able to discuss anything; she never makes you feel rushed.
A true professional and she certainly has a 'wonderful bedside manner'.

As someone who's had an issue with injections since a young child, it was important I found someone who genuinely understood. Dr Meyer was exceptionally reassuring, my appointment was not rushed and at each stage was fully explained so I knew exactly what was happening. I recently returned for a 2nd treatment and received the same professional reassuring care. I can thoroughly recommend Dr Meyer.

Over the last few years my skin has been prone to acne outbreaks which have left me self conscious. I tried countless products including prescriptions from my GP but nothing was giving me a long term solution. Dr Meyer has been so friendly and understanding. During our appointment she took the time to find out about my skin type and what is triggering the spots. The tailored range of ZO products that she recommended has already begun to make a change to my skin not long after using the regime! She explained the step by step process for using each of the products and what each product aims to do. Dr Meyer knew exactly what my skin has needed and my face is already feeling smoother and brighter, and the acne has reduced! Thank you!

My skin has always been one of my best features and I have tried to look after it, using a simple cleansing and moisturising routine. But when it started to lose its usual glow and elasticity I thought maybe I needed a little extra help, but didn’t know where to start. The HRT patches I use keep my hormones well balanced, so I was concerned there was some other explanation.

A friend recommended Dr Meyer, so I booked a consultation. Her advice was very clear and thorough. She explained how the skin works hard to repair and maintain itself and by using the correct dose of medical skincare products I’d be making its job of restoring and preserving easier. Although I already follow a regime, Dr Meyer prescribed four key products and explained how to use them within a new protocol. My skin is already showing visible improvements.

Having had an initial zoom call with Dr Meyer at the vast price of £395 for 40 minutes where very little was shared or asked about me she then proceeded to further try to extort money from me without any explanation of costs in advance and no rational explanations- would definitely NOT recommend!

Ive been seeing Dr Meyer over the last 3 years for severe pigmentation on my face caused by hormonal changes in menopause. It has been a slow steady process under regular supervision using ZO products which are only offered under medical/dermatologist prescription. Though my pigmentation has not disappeared, it has lightened considerably and am now able to manage my skincare and has improved my confidence/self esteem enormously.
Dr Meyer listened, understood my needs and was totally honest as to what could realistically be achieved without giving false hope or expectation.
Would recommend to anyone suffering with any form of skin or body issues.
