Readily accessible and very professional

I was quickly able to speak to a real person by telephone, and emails were very quickly answered.
This together with a very professional approach allowed rapid resolution of the case.
I wish more organisations were as accessible and efficient.

Good resolution to an initial problem and thanks

After I was initially surprised and not very happy to receive a call from debt recovery for a parking ticket, the contact I spoke to Mike was really helpful and got this all rectfiied for me. Good communication throughout and helpful (something I would never have expected in that situation). In fact I volunatrily wanted to write this review as a way thanks to Mike for his help in resolving the issue.

The call was answered quickly

The call was answered quickly. The representative I spoke with, Monica Manuel, was knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to investigate my enquiry without delay and followed up with confirmation by email. I’m pleased with the service I received.

The worst people i had ti deal with…

The worst people i had ti deal with them anyway i had to pay them £380 over £30 fine anyway i talk with very well known lawyers he advise me not pay them he told me let increase as much as the they want they never aload to send bailiff to your home even wouldnt effect on your credit just once you recive fine from them call them and give them false address and just ignore it and if they send letters to your home not open just say its nit live here return i hope my advice help some of drom stop dealing with shark theif

Absolute diabolical company trying to…

Absolute diabolical company trying to fine me for parking in a car park of a pub when I was cleaning the windows. Trying to say I ignored signage there was none there is now and telling me I ignored previous fine which I didn't get so now I cant appeal it. Absolute shysters I will see my day in court before I give them a single penny.
