Window Install-Family Home.
Ryan visited us for the initial quote and we were really impressed with his enthusiasm and high energy.
Dave and Josh who installed our windows did a great job. Efficient and professional. Really happy with the finish.
Rick arrange our install and despite a small mis communication around dates the service was great. Rick also promptly arranged for repair work to be done on a small damage on a frame. Very happy with the customer care!
Invoices and emails sent in a timely manner.
Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Overall friendly family run business. Would happily use again for repeat business.

When George was finished his initial visit he left me helpful information to review at my leisure but also went into detail when responding to my questions during the visit. We recently had a great experience with this company. Mel came out to our home to help us design our new door, and she was absolutely brilliant. She made the whole process really easy and enjoyable, she was funny, chatty, and so friendly, which instantly put us at ease.
Mel took the time to talk us through all the options, helped us choose a design that suited our home perfectly, and also sorted out the finance smoothly. Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and we felt really confident in our choices thanks to her advice.
Customer service like this really makes a difference, and Mel is a real credit to the company. We’re so pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend!
