Ordered a drone, worked once. Contacted DT. No reply, again and they asked for a video of it not working. Two weeks later, I asked what was happening, they asked a video of it not working again. After that no response to emails. In the end had to instigate a credit card charge back. My advice, DON'T USE DRONETECH.

Please please don’t buy from this company! Their website looks so real but the products are awful. I paid nearly £200 and it is cheap kids toys. The customer service is awful and won’t refund me. Do not buy!!!!

I stupidly should have checked trustpilot first before purchasing! As soon as made the purchase it felt like a scam, no order number etc. I quickly emailed to try and cancel but was told it was too late my order had been shipped. I then emailed again requesting a order number which I still Didn’t have and then threatened to report them to be a scam Company. Soon after this I received no reply to this but an email with an order tracking number, this week it says it’s been delivered but hasn’t. I’ve contacted my credit card to report it and hopefully get a refund. Do not use this company!

Customer service not replying, the app doesn't work, the camera isn't to the quality that is specified, terrible terrible company. Money down the drain.

They are complete scammers, I have been waiting 9 weeks for my order, I have asked for a refund multiple times and not getting anywhere! Do not waste your time and money on them

This company is a big scam!!
Ordered a drone with promise of delivery with 72hrs that was a lie.
After weeks of my emails being ignored I received a Drone which doesn't work!
I have seen tried to contact this email via email but low n behold my emails now "bounce back" because the company email no longer exists.
I have been scammed out of £130....avoid!!!

As others have said this just doesn’t work. The website looks fancy. The box and bad it arrives in is fancy but the drone is useless. Sadly I waited a couple of months before trying due to the weather. The drone just flies off into the distance. The controls don’t work. The app gives you adverts for dating sites and it broke crashing into the grass

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! Ordered a drone in December and still waiting for it to this date... They lied that it has been delivered but haven't even posted it! I asked for proof of delivery and then was told that there was an issue and another one will be posted soon. Then they've stopped replying to my emails when I was trying to chase the tracking details for the order which has apparently been "posted" again. The customer service is atrocious, this company can't be trusted and they shouldn't be operating! Their website is a complete lie too, it says that they have good reviews but Trustpilot says otherwise. I really hope majority of people will do their research before being scammed like I did!

Do not use the company. Scam!!! Returned my drone, they promised a refund in late December within 96 hours. It is now 7th March and still no refund.
I e.mailed them and the e.mail bounced back. They have changed their e.mail it is now 'getdronetech'

Purchased a Dronemotion lite with 3k camera and two batteries thinking it would satisfy my needs, well it is probably the worst purchase I have made in a long time. It arrives in a fancy box / packaging but thats where it stops.Once unboxed the drone looks smart but in reality its made of very cheap plastic and feels very flimsy. The instructions are poor and did not match the control I was supplied. The controller is like a kids toys and one of the handles broke within the first few hours. Downloaded the app which is glitchy and crashes frequently with Android and IOS, it full of adds and very unprofessional. Almost feels like its a dodgy app thats going to hack your mobile. The drone doenst always respond to the controller or app. It works in short range but over 20m its not coming back. I asked support for instruction of the controller they supplied and never got a reply. I would highly recommend you keep looking and avoid this product as its really just a rip off. I wouldn't even say its a kids toy.... avoid these scammers!!

If I could put no stars, this company is a complete scam they have stolen my money and not delivered the drone after asking for a refund many times they have now cut contact with me I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Never buy from them !!

I ordered one of their drones on 6th February 2023. Their Web site quoted Trustmark rating of 4.8 and the specification for the unit was exactly what I wanted. Website quoted delivery of 3 to 8 days, so the unit should have arrived in good time for me to use it in aerial photos of a project that I am involved in.
The website had a 'track my package' link and also offered a link to SHOP app to track package. After 4 days, the Web tracker finally indicated that my drone was en route. I used the Web chat feature to ask who the courier might be, so that I could watch out for them and where the package was being delivered from. The reply said "please be patient, we are doing what we can".
This aroused suspicion and I sent an email to the address on website. The replies to both webchat and emails seemed standard answers rather than 'personalised' replies.
I tracked on SHOP app and initially, after installing he app, the indication was that the package had been delivered two hours previously. It hadn't! Later the same day, I checked the app and it then stated that the order had been received but not processed.
By 23rd Feb my patience was running thin... emails were bouncing back 'address not recognised'. I then visited their website and discovered that the email address had been changed. So I sent message to the new address.
Having given Dronetech plenty of opportunity to rectify their problem, I cancelled the order and gave them 5 working days to refund my account. Nothing has been received and no reason has been offered. I have been reluctantly forced to commence further action against Dronetech. Despite being accused of being a scam, in my emails, Dronetech have not denied this and haven't responded to any of my emails to my satisfaction.
Eventually, I contacted my bank and received a full refund from Dronetech within a few days. My bank, Natwest, was brilliant. Dronetech are nothing but a scam company. If I could have spared the time to take them through the courts, I would have done. Bad lesson learnt.

Don't purchase don't order anything from this company they are based abroad and not UK customer services is garbage nothing but lies 5 weeks and nothing

I see that Google Ads have stopped sponsoring their Ad since I raised a complaint.
Their website has also removed reference to a UK company registered with Companies House since I pointed out that, as a UK business they were in breach of UK Consumer Law, and they have again changed their contact email address. They now reference a US company DIGITAL TECH LLC, incidentally this was also the business used for paid for Google Ads. I understand the US has simiar consumer protection Laws.
It's disappointing that Shopify seem to have taken no action on my complaint to them. Perhaps it would help if a few more did the same: shopifyDOT COM/legal/report-aup-violation
My bank have now refunded via charge back.

Ordered a £280+ drone with 72 hours free delivery. Four weeks later and many, many messages via their website chat (as their customers service email bounces now) nothing has arrived despite their order tracking saying it has been delivered in the last few days. Have already contacted my credit card company. Almost certainly a scam, definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Can someone tell me there returns address please. They’re not responding on email

Negative score this company is a scam, I had bought a techdrone pro for my sons birthday and paid for express shipping only to find it had been dispatched from somewhere in China, I had emailed them telling them it was not what I had wanted and I wished to exercise my 14 day return policy this fell on deaf ears, after 2 weeks I wrote them and told them if it didn't turn up within 24hrs I would report it to my credit card company then by some miraculous act from the almighty it turned up the next day, let's just say I was not impressed in the slightest , lightweight poorly made piece of plastic that has no wifi signals you can't calibrate or sync to any small device there is no way of using this as a fpv so it's up and down left and right, I contacted my CCC and they advised me to write for a return I did this took photos of the letter and proof of postage and the credit card company charged the money back to my card, its that bad that techdrone or dronetech whichever name they are using have not even asked for the drone to be returned and no delivery return address has been given , the letter I sent to them asking for a return was returned from royal mail for reason it was stated( refused) , I can wholeheartedly recommend you avoid this company like the plague it's a cheap shell with basic avionics inside that won't do much

Ordered the pro model in December as a Xmas gift.
Web site looks good and items have a proper feature list with pictures and loads of info.
Paid extra £30 for express shipping and drone came just before February. Now the worst part.. there is no dronetech pro in the box ! They put a piece of paper with dronetech logo in to the box and flog it as their! The actual drone is a cheap £60£70 quid from eBay China and they take stuff out from boxes and sell the parts separately for more money. Also they have taken the battery and spare parts our from the box and sent me a drone and remote only ! No battery no manual no spare parts no nothing. Have been trying to resolve the issue but the email address is being changed every few weeks. Thieves and scumbags. Stay away!!!!!!
