There was excellent communication and a clear understanding of what I was looking for in the project. The images turned out as excellent as I could have wanted. Kimo was easy to work with. The payment process and receipt of images was very professional and convenient. I would use them again. Well done!
The service was great. Kimo and Rou were polite and professional and the photos came out really well and the turn around time was awesome. I only give 4 stars because the initial photographer flaked right before the job, so we weren't able to get the specific shots we wanted and there was a frustrating miscommunication issue at one point, HOWEVER, Kimo and Rou did their best to make it right, definitely would rehire specifically because Kimo went out of his way to try to make things right for us!
We’re brand new to the area. I received a response within minutes and the job was completed within hours. Kimo was great to deal with, it was so easy.
It was great to work with Kimo and Dronenow. very responsive and he gave me a discount for doing business with him the first time. I have already sent him more business to do for my Solar Company
Very professional and prompt service!

I have worked with Kareem at DroneNow (previously known as LuxosPro) a total of 3 times now for varying project locations across California. I can attest they have great customer service, pricing, and dependable pilots. My company usually ends up needing someone for last minute projects and regardless of my situation, they are always able to help me out. This past time I worked with a pilot named Jason and he did a phenomenal job. He captured a lot of varying footage and was all clear/smooth. Thanks so much for your continued service!
