Switching to Driving School Software (DSS) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made since opening my driving school. As a one-person operation, I needed something that could handle the backend—and DSS has made a huge difference.

It’s allowed me to focus on my students instead of spending hours managing registrations, paperwork, and communication. Everything is organized, simple, and easy to use.

It’s also put me in a great position to grow. As I look to expand and eventually add more instructors, I feel confident DSS can grow right along with my program.

The level of complication with software is high, with all the many components and different practices from business to business, DSS adapts and overcomes! They are continuously improving to make life easy!

All new customers should know that the data transfer process of adding existing customers in the beginning is difficult and complex, DSS does what they can to make it as smooth as possible. Be patient, ride the wave, and once you are fully integrated into their software it’s amazing! This does take time, months to even a year, but it is well worth it!

I have only been in business for a year and never planned to grow my business as quick as it has. One of the keys has been using driving school software. The instant feedback for the in car evaluations are great, the parents and students love them. Anytime I need help or have had questions Kendra is right there to help me or just fix the problem for me. DSS employees are very friendly and helpful. Always quick to respond. This software meets all of our needs. Been with them since 2009 and they get better everyday. Don't know how I would do business without them.

Software has some solid features but when there is a problem or you need a minor alteration to an existing report it takes 6 months or longer to have it resolved. overall, customer service is very mediocre.

I work mostly with Trista, but I have had great experiences with every CSR person I have been in contact with. The software itself is essential if you run a driving school.

Driving School Software can make any driving school operations way easier and more efficient. With its friendly student portal, sales will increase since students don't even need to call to book or buy lessons, settings can be easily changed, which is very useful when adding or removing vehicles, locations, and even staff members. The scheduling process is super friendly and practical for the administrative/operators side, and instructors, with their instructor's portal, can see the new lessons automatically, right after the administrative/operators click on submit. Highly recommended!
