After my blind father had a bad fall in…

After my blind father had a bad fall in the garden we decided to get someone in for a quote. John came round gave us a quote and we said OK go ahead.
To cut a long story short 2 elderly disabled people can no longer use there garden. £1150 for a few hours work and the garden is worse than before. No invoice was given , no bank transfer only cash and just continuous lies since then. We asked for a refund a few months ago and keep being lied to. He has dissolved the previous company Paving and driveways and set this one up.
My family are devastated and very poorly due to this stress.
Please be careful if you go with this company.
