Excellent customer service team

Excellent website ordering and excellent customer service. Customer service went out of their way to ensure my order was correct after I realized I ordered the wrong item and calling them to correct it. The item shipped in a timely manner and arrived in time for the repairs I needed to do. Thanks Drivetrain America for a job well done.

Overnight shipping

Ordered my seal for overnight, show's up two days later. If I had known this I would have it shipped two day. This seal was critical to our operation. Sent an email to sales to see about refunding me the difference and all I got was an automated reply. If you order something overnight, it should be showing up the next day. Poor service at best

We shipped the order the same day it was ordered and shipped it NDA with Fedex as requested. Fedex informed us that it was delayed due to weather and that is not a refundable reason unfortunately.

Price great! Service after sale lacking.

The price was great. The part is exactly what I needed. We paid for overnight freight, yet the package arrived two days after placing the order. We reached out to Drivetrain America via email to request a shipping refund. Adam S. @ Drivetrain America stated the shipping times are only "estimates" and the courier I chose does not reimburse for shipping delays. No apologies were given, and no other assistance was offered. It's unfortunate the service after the sale was this lacking. It sheds a poor light on what is I would hope is an otherwise great company.

Ships fast, fair pricing!

Shipped fast, and fair pricing as compared to other online stores for equipment parts. The shipping prices are much better than other online parts stores as well, where their shipping cost is normally triple what you spend on the items, despite shipping slower and in normal small packages. Wish they had all the lights that we need, but I'll order what I can from Drivetrain now instead.

Great Customer Service

I bought a pinion bearing kit, and discovered I had a larger ring gear that I had originally thought. I purchased another kit and was refunded for the first one. The second kit had the wrong size crush sleeve, as I think it was a return. After a simple call, I had two new crush sleeves heading my way. Great Service.
