A very helpful assistant Rachel..made it easy

Great company to deal with, had a change of mind about the policy I had taken out with them and cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. No hassle, refunded the amount I had paid in a very timely fashion. Not used their breakdown service but the company appears to be first class.

I broke down on holiday in devon and the only place available to fix the car was in Bristol, there was no quibble, one phone call to a lovely lady on the line and around 1hr later the car was picked up and on its way, great service

I broke down on a duel carriage way, first time calling them out. Couldn’t fault them, Straight through on the phone, I was rescued within 35 minutes and taken to my local garage. Polite, friendly service. I would definitely recommend. Great price too!

I have had to use Driver Guardian quite a few times over the years and every stage of the way I felt kept in touch and supported.

One time I had a 94yr old passenger and when I called DG discovered that my cover had lapsed 😫 but they offered me an emergency cover rate and still came out within the hour to take us to my designated garage 🙏🏼

Another time I was towing a friends caravan around Scotland and a wheel came off 🫣 DG came out, sorted the wheel with new wheel nuts, then followed us to the next service stop to double check that the wheel nuts were still tight 👏

Excellent service, polite and helpful, I had a flat battery, but luckily someone in the car park had jump leads and it started, I was grateful because I had a Dr's appointment.
I rang back immediately to cancel the visit, but was told to ring again if I had an issue, but it was fine.

Brilliant service! Broke down on M1 at Leicester. Rang Driver Guardian and had a response from a breakdown company within half an hour. Unfortunately the M1 closed due to an accident so the recovery vehicle couldn't get to us for 5 hours! but they were in constant touch making sure we were safe.

Once again, a painless renewal of my policy. A great price even without the discount for being a regular customer. Well worth asking for a quote.

The chap on the phone told me exactly what was wrong with my van. Something id never would have thought of. He was spot on. Sorry i forgot his name. Well done to him. Saved me a fortune!

The experience was okay they did deal the my situation very rapid so very thankful for that

I've been with DG for years, every aspect of the service in my opinion and considering the price is impeccable.
I've called them out on numerous occasions for both major and minor problems and every time the communications, response/time, efficiency, customer service and resolution leaves no room for improvement IMO.

My car had a flat tyre a couple of weeks ago so I phoned Driver Guardian (who I’ve been a member of for 10 years) as unable to change the tyre myself. Rachel was fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road as quickly as possible (1.5hrs in total). Excellent service!
