I downloaded and installed the program
I downloaded and installed the program. Was mailed the activation key but there was no way to install it - the instructions were clear but I keep getting bounced back to the subscription choices page. I can see where people would think their first transaction didn't go through. I looked at the reviews and thought," My God, what have I done - a third of the reviews are negative ?!! " So, it's a scam. Buyer beware.

No One should pay money for this…
No One should pay money for this software since it is advertised elsewhere as free of charge to download. I did buy it but haven't used it and now am tying unsuccessfully so far to get a refund.

WARNING MALWARE
I am not satisfied at all. None of the drivers are really downloading or getting installed. I can't find a way to cancel my subscription nor receiving a refund. I would classify this program as MALWARE and no one should trust it.

Through a personal mistake I paid twice…
Through a personal mistake I paid twice the fee to get the Driverfix software (21,90 Euro April 1st 13.16 and 13.21 Paypal PADDLE NET) and I immediately wrote a mail to Driverfix claiming for restitution of the erroneous second payment. I am still waiting for acknowledgment /reimbursement of the second erroneous payment. Even worst I now receive invitation to pay a monthly fee for fixing two obsolete drivers that should be part of servicing the first payment. Very primitive administrative organization (not timely reacting to a customer clear mistake) and dubious if not ridiculous marketing strategy. I should receive a clarification (at least an explanation) within acceptable timeframe just to close the incident.

This site is a waste of time and money . The charge is a recurring one so be aware of this if you sign up as there is no easy mechanism to cancel other than contacting them directly to do this.

BAILING OUT A FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER
My computer knowledge is not very great. If I find a
1-800 number I can heave a sigh of relief. I have been trying to install information for a printer I received months ago. When I finally struck up the courage to "beard the lion" I knew I was in for an afternoon of frustration. Speaking with BREN he assured me that there was no problem. And he was correct.

Driverfix met me half way
Driverfix was able to find the proper driver to my MS smart card reader. This is a usb device and one day it just stopped working and I discovered the driver was just missing. (I usually fix everything myself but I just hit a wall with this one) After an exhaustive web search tying to find the driver myself...I gave in and paid the $20 for this program. Now Driverfix was not able to automatically install the driver it found from it's simple but intuitive interface. It prompted me to install the diver manually but offered no further guidance. I found the folder Driverfix keeps all it's downloads in and lucky there was setup.exe file in there so I was able to use it's install wizard and restart. This fixed it. Worth the money? If your time is valuable probably yes.

Only another trick
I just copy and paste the last review, He describe exactaly what happens with me.
An the worst part is the answer (copy and paste to everyones).
How can I get my money back?
Driverfix does not do what it says on the tin.
It said I needed 12 drivers updating. I tried on several occasions and all the time it would either stop downloading or come up with red lines against each driver, with a message saying error. Eventually by downloading just 3 drivers in one go, rather than all of them, I did get one driver to say it was installing. However, it never completed the install. I then received a message to try installing it manually. Why should I do that after having paid for a program to do it automatically?
I gave the program another try, and eventually I did get a message to say that one driver had been installed. But, when I rescanned my drivers, it was still showing that the same driver needed to be installed, as it was out of date.
Having put this review in I know that they will say to come back to our online support. The only support that I now want from them is my money back under their guarantee.
The program is totally useless and a total waste of my time and money.

I contacted their live support line and that did not help me either, the program just did not respond as it was supposed to.
Eventually I emailed their support line and gave them details of my order and confirmed that I was totally dissatisfied with the product and the service provided. And that I expected a full 100% refund under the terms of your guarantee, namely £19.14.
To give Driverfix their due they gave me a full refund immediately.

Keeps crashing
Keeps crashing did not update any drivers at all, when I told the service engineer he said that maybe my drivers didn't need updating or it could not find a suitable driver to update with, I gave up after 30minutes explaining the fault and being told to update the drivers manually why buy this Driverfix then, take my advice find another product.

Scam program
What went wrong, is Everything!!
It's looks good, but once I paid. Your stuck in a loop. I put in the code, it says success. I click continue and it goes back to where I was at and wants me to purchase it again. On top of that, Noone will return my emails. So SCAM it is. I'm contacting my bank and have them marked as fraudulent and get my money back.
