I get spam called by them almost everyday even though i told them to take me off their call list. So unprofessional the way they do business. THEY KEEP CALLING ME AND I KNOW THEYRE SCAMMERS. THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS

They called me about my toyota asking if i wanted to get the vehicle refinanced and so i went along with the process. Later then on the call AFTER they pressured me to give them my SSN. They charged me a 300$ service fee for just refinancing my vehicle ontop of me having to pay another 100$. They lied to me and deceived me to my face. Scammers. They LOVE to sweet talk to you but they are snakes behind the scenes.

I refinanced my vehicle through DrivePoint Exchange because I was promised a much lower monthly payment and what sounded like a great deal. At first, everything seemed fine, but after reviewing my paperwork more carefully, I realized the loan term had been extended significantly, meaning I would end up paying thousands more over the life of the loan.

The sales representative focused heavily on the lower monthly payment and rushed me through the process. Important details felt buried in the paperwork, and I didn’t fully understand the long term financial impact until later. When I tried to get clarification, I found customer service unhelpful and frustrating.

Looking back, I wish I had compared more offers and read every page before signing. Based on this fictional experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering refinancing to review all terms carefully and calculate the total amount they will pay over the life of the loan, not just the monthly payment. When i gave them the permission to charge my card. They charged it 3 times and when i tried to contact them. I never heard from them again. Now im in debt because of them.

I worked for this company and they are a scam and they literally pay their employees to leave good reviews on trust pilot so they can gain trust of customers and scam them. I found out they were a scam because if you dont reach their completely unrealistic standard then they will entirely take away your pay. Ontop of that there is a guy named AJ patel in their and he is a creep to his fellow female coworkers making disgusting jokes such as sending feet pictures. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ARE RUTHLESS WITH IT
