Very bad experience

Very bad experience, They don’t deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service, I rented car from them and was meant to pick up on Friday morning. I arrived for pick up, there was no car. I contacted customer service and I was told that the car was coming in 25mins from 8:30am. Waited and waited after 1 hour, they kept lying to me saying the car was coming. The car never came, in the end they had to cancel the booking due to no car availability. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DRIVE LINE CAR RENTAL TO ANYONE. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
